There’s something about the perfect mix of skincare that even beauty products like foundation and bronzer can’t enhance. Like many beauty lovers will tell you…while what makeup products you use may be important, the true beauty routine begins with your skin routine. It’s taken me a while to master this concept…I’m not afraid to admit it, but I’m the queen of concealer and coverup rather than simply using the right products underneath to try and correct any issues with my skin.

However during my recent trip to Lucky Fabb West, Olay was there promoting their new line of ‘Fresh Effects‘ products…that are light, gentle and make me feel fresh and rejuvenated in just one application! 🙂

These two products are so far my faves…One is the ‘Eye Awakening Cream‘.  I apply it before my makeup and occasionally before bed and I feel bright and cheery to start the day. It is a cream that also has a roll on application which helps to reduce puffy eyes and dark under eye circles. What girl doesn’t need a little of that?!

As if the eye cream wasn’t enough, I fell for the ‘Fresh Effects’ ‘Hydrating Gel Moisturizer‘. It is light, smells delicious and keeps your skin hydrated all day long…even in the driest of conditions!

I’m going to go explore more ‘Fresh Effects’ products…I think my skin needs a little spa treatment…doesn’t yours? <3
