Happy Friday Loves & TGIF! After an exhausting week and finally experiencing some fall weather, I am definitely ready to start looking forward to the weekend and what better way to do that than with a fall fresh look? 😉 This look is full of great fall colors like chestnut brown, leopard print and a little bit of plum. Oddly enough in addition to my fall ready accessories, I realized my pup Charlie is ready for fall himself with his blenheim fur coat which has….chestnut! Yes we matched on purpose 😉 My little Charlie is my best accessory…I mean can you see why? 🙂 Anyways let’s break down the look. My shoes are from Target…I saw J Crew had a pair three times the price and then found these identical ones from Merona and fell in love…leopard print is always a yes for fall!My Louis Vuitton clutch is vintage! My mom got it from Paris for her sixteenth birthday…talk about starting a trend back in the day…guess we know where my love for Louis Vuitton came from<3The purple statement cuff I am wearing is from Capwell + Co AND it is currently for sale in my Poshmark closet here! My white triangle necklace is an oldie but a goodie…I honestly have no clue where I got it but I found a similar one from T+J here. My chestnut chiffon blouse is from Old Navy but I found a similar one from Macy’s here. Purple is my favorite color…I wear it year round, but plum is perfect for fall! Skater skates are my favorite silhouette so I found my favorite skirt ever…this plum piece 🙂Now I’m off to put more fall fresh looks together…did I ever say blogging is hard work? Because trust me…it takes a lot of moving parts to make one of these style posts happen but hey it’s my passion <3Shop My Look<3

Playful Print…

Happy Thursday Loves! Whether it’s the dead of winter or the hottest day over the summer, one trait I always include in my looks is color! Season to season, colorful hues and playful prints have been a staple for every gal’s wardrobe (including at this past NYFW for SS 15). The key to wearing print properly is to mix and match a top and bottom that mesh well together. I love this yellow and blue aztec print skirt from Target because there are so many ways to style the fun print. Today I’m rocking it with a dark wash chambray pullover from Old Navy, but last time I wore it I rocked silver pumps and a simple black bandeau…a little risky but hey I opted for sexy that day…today’s version…strictly business 😉My black leather clutch was a clearance find at Last Call Neiman Marcus…they have been my go to for handbags on a budget without forgoing on quality or the designer label. Most of my favorite handbags from them however have been their own line of bags from the ‘Neiman Marcus’ collection. They are usually designer inspired and at a fraction of the price! I also feel a ‘professional’ look must be completed with the perfect planner to keep me on track for the day, my personalized date book is from Graphic Image NY. My black suede pumps are essential for fall and for the office. Steve Madden has them is so many different versions…colors, shape, heel height…but these ones are my favorite. On a side note…while I love this outfit, I’m also loving how my hair was actually well behaved in these photos…don’t you love when that happens? Farm Fresh…

Happy Tuesday Loves! I am super excited to share today’s look and photos with you because they were taken out on eastern Long Island near wine country {may be slightly more exciting if I actually acquired the taste of wine…but hey one day I may mature who knows 😉 }. Sarah and I ventured out east to take some unique photos…definitely different than my norm because we used her fabulous photographer William Thomas! He captured our fits of laughter, the times when Sarah busts my chops (which by the way is all the time) and even some great shots of our corny matching plaid button down tops from Charlotte Russe (similar available from Target). Sarah and I have become close since discovering each other via instagram…you know where all great friendships start 😉 We are also Posh addicts…as in Poshmark. Now to break down my look 🙂 The plaid top while it is a button down, I decided to tie it in the front southern style. I paired it with a black skater skirt, and nude Report Shoes booties which I scored on clearance at Marshalls…gotta love a ‘Fab Found’ find! I’m also wearing a leopard and black leather cross body bag from Dana Buchman for Kohls.I couldn’t head out east without wearing my favorite Michael Kors gold link watch…it’s a bracelet and watch all mixed into one…what more can a gal ask for?Places and moments like these are why I love Long Island (it’s definitely a love/hate relationship). I love going out east and the big open spaces, laid back vibe and of course great picture taking locations 😉 When you want to escape the hustle and bustle of NYC…Long Island comes in handy. Happy Thursday Loves! Time to share my current beauty obsessions with you guys. I am constantly trying new beauty products in search of the ‘end all’ for my skin and makeup routine…I think recently, I just about found it! To start, I am a firm believer that your scent remains in the room well after you exit…what does that mean? Make it memorable, and with Juicy Couture’s new ‘Gold Couture’ fragrance…you are definitely bound to leave a scent that is sensual, sultry and berry berry good (had to make a slight witty line…the perfume has a fabulous hint of wild berries).

My next obsession? Kypris Beauty products. I LOVE the Kypris Beauty Elixir 1…made with 1,000 organic Bulgarian Roses (perfect for Melissa Rose huh? My middle name is Rose…little fun fact), this elixir helps provide the right amount of moisture to aid in perfecting that dewy complexion us ladies are always after! The other fabulous potion I tried? The Antioxidant Dew. It helps rebalance your complexion…something that is well needed after all the pollution this fashionista experiences commuting in and out of NYC!

I’ve discovered over the past few months that the key to flawless makeup really is healthy skin. That means using products that help well moisturize your skin all over…that’s why Boots Botanics Deeply Moisturizing Body Lotion and Boots Botanics Deeply Moisturizing Hand Cream are my current goto.

Once you make your skin baby soft, it’s all about fixing up that complexion. Boots No 7 CC Cream and Youthful Eye Serum are great ways to help remove discoloration, under eye bags and to brighten up your skin…making it ready for makeup application.

Any gal who loves makeup as much as me knows the struggle in finding the perfect concealer (to cover those pesky spots that all your skin products from healthcarewell pharmacy just can’t get rid of) and a great mascara for those fake looking lashes. Boots No 7 Stay Perfect Blemish Cover and Boots No 7 Stay Perfect Mascara are the answers to my prayers. I have such a hard time find makeup that actually ‘STAYS’ and these products really do!

Happy Monday Loves! Finally about time I begin to wear some pants…what? I love skirts and dresses…don’t hold that against me! One fall essential I am in love with is ‘Tuxedo’ pants. These crisp white jeans with a simple black stripe on the side are great to wear to the office while also looking stylish and sexy! My jeans are from Kohls, unfortunately they are no longer available so I found similar ones from Neiman Marcus. I paired them with a simple black tank from Target…I always get hot in the office and during my morning commute so a tank is necessary. My classic black suede pumps are from Steve Madden. I’m still not sick of this black reptile print tote from Neiman Marcus Last Call…I love that fact that it looks like a Celine but for a fraction of the cost! My initial pendant was a BaubleBar sale find…you can never go wrong with a simple initial. On a side note I can’t believe how long and blonde my hair has gotten…that’s what you get from sunshine and summer activities…pretty sure the sunlight has given me natural highlights, my mom actually thought I got my hair colored!
