ICYMI – I am a MAJOR Disney lover + one of my favorite movies from Disney is Toy Story and guess what?! Toy Story 4 is coming out in just a couple of weeks! I don’t know about you but I’ll be rushing to theaters June 21st to check it out + I will be rocking a fun Toy Story themed outfit of course! My fav Toy Story character? ALIEN of course!! I also LOVELotso, even though he is a bad guy, he smells like strawberries so come on guys, how can I not love him?!

It’s days like today that emphasize what it truly is to be an American. For citizens to put their lives on the line to protect + fight for the freedoms of Americans everywhere is what this country is all about. We fight for what is right, we stand up + protect what we have worked incredibly hard to achieve + we appreciate everything that it’s taken to get to where we are.
While I haven’t traveled all over the world or live outside the US, I couldn’t imagine living + wanting to be anywhere else other than the amazing USA. I love the ability to have the freedom to be whoever I want to be, achieve any dream I may have + to live in a country that people everywhere want to be a part of.
That brings us to today, Memorial Day. While I have never had the honor of serving our country in the armed forces, I am eternally grateful to those who have + continue to do so. The brave men, women + their families that serve this country are what makes America the strong, passionate country we love to be apart of.
No matter what side of the political aisle you are on, we all as Americans should come together to remember what makes this country truly great + how everyone in the armed forces made everything we have today possible ♥
