Happy Humpday Loves! Sorry if I have been a little MIA…LA vibes had me relaxing and enjoying a break from my hectic schedule but I am right back at it with events, posting and outfit shoots (ugh take me back to Cali stat!). This look was shot before I flew off to Los Angeles and let me tell ya it wasn’t even warm enough there to wear this! Who would have thought that Long Island would have nicer weather than LA…apparently the term for it is ‘June Gloom’ well that it was :p

And it’s Thursday…I can’t believe how quick this week has flown by already as I am writing this from sunny California! The sun is shining, the palm trees are looking as pretty as ever and I have a hectic schedule planned ahead. So far my brother and I have visited USC (which has the most GORGEOUS campus ever btw…If I wanted to put myself in debt with student loans and pursue a Masters USC would definitely be the place…just saying :p)
Anyways, I digress…this tropical spring look is currently with me in LA and I am contemplating whether to wear it tonight to the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel or to wear it tomorrow night to SUR (because it wouldn’t be a trip to LA without stalking Lisa Vanderpump…yup I am a Bravo addict #GuiltyAsCharged)
1. Roxy ‘Oceanside’ Printed Pants :: 2. Lauren Ralph Lauren Pants :: 3. ‘Valerie’ Printed Pants :: 4. Jessica Simpson Wide Leg Pants :: 5. Ideel Floral Print Pants :: 6. Michael Kors Leopard Pants :: 7. Mixed Print Flare Pants
Just call them ‘Prints Charming‘ 😉 A trend I am seeing all over the place this spring is printed pants. Palazzo pants, fit and flare and joggers are all over the place and I think it’s about time I snag a pair (wouldn’t they be perfect for my trip to LA?) I think these will be added to the ‘Must Get’ list!
Any who, I only own one pair of printed joggers (which I wore back in the fall with a crop top + a boyfriend blazer) and it has been a bit of a struggle to find flattering printed pants for every shape. You don’t want a tight fit that hugs every curve unless you are in tip-top shape (which I am definitely not haha) so a jogger fit or a fit and flare style is the way to go in my opinion!
Here are a few of my favorites (and they are all under $75)…chic yet affordable!

When you find something you love you tend to wear it over and over and over again…or at least I do…so it’s nor surprise that once again I am wearing this cobalt blue Kenneth Cole satchel which is my current obsession and at this point the leading man in my life hehe 😉 This ‘Pop Of Color‘ is affordable, chic and is perfect for work or play…Another piece on repeat? My ShopTheMint.com checkered skirt that I wore for a picnic inspired look on the blog last week (PS there is still time to Enter To Win A $50 Gift Card to ShopTheMint.com)
Move over LBD a new dress trend is in town for the spring…cue the LWD aka Little White Dress! Although I love wearing white year round, with spring comes plenty of special occasions like graduations, Mother’s Day, prom, banquets, weddings and more that all call for a nice simple dress that you can hopefully get more than one day’s wear out of. That was always my challenge. I needed a dress to wear for so many different occasions but I didn’t want it to be so dressy that I could only wear it once or twice. Well with this season’s ‘Little White Dress’ trend…there are plenty of options that can be re-worn year round!
