Ok, yes…I am making a fashion ‘~~faux pas~~‘ today by wearing white in the dead of winter…especially with a light wash chambray shirt (gasp) I am getting a ~~little~~ crazy…what can I say 😉 I simply LOVE white jeans and pairing it with this light wash chambray shirt makes for the perfect combo for a Friday night. Whether it’s heading to the movies, the bar or even dinner…I love a great casual look that isn’t ‘plain’ or ‘sloppy’ looking…I call this…dressed up yet dressed down.My white jeans are from Old Navy but Charlotte Russe has great ones (which I actually ordered whilst I was writing this post haha) for under $30 here. My light wash chambray shirt was an H&M clearance find forever ago (PS a little secret about this shirt…it constantly has to be steamed but I kinda refuse to do so…oops…just adds to it’s ‘casual’ vibe).So this Gucci ‘Soho Tote’ is actually my mom’s which she so kindly let’s me borrow from time to time…although I have my new Gucci ‘Soho Work Tote‘ that I’ve worn before (if you missed it I wore it here) I still have a thing for this bag as well #GucciAddict #SavingForAnother (#SorryNotSorry)!Anytime I wear white pants I feel it is almost necessary to go with a nude shoe and since we are trying to make a chambray top and white jeans a bit ‘dressy‘, why not pair the look with nude suede open toe booties like these ones from Nine West.Now don’t ~~judge~~ me but I actually ended up coincidentally wearing this look tonight (I am currently writing this post at 1am…and I know I will regret this in the morning but oh well) I went out, I lived a little and I wore white…| Click To Shop My Look |

It’s #ThrowbackThursday everyone which gives me the fair and equal right to share this look that was shot back in August with you guys today 😉 (I love how #TBT makes it ok to share old things and make them new…don’t you?!) Ok so let’s get down to business because I am writing this while cracking up hysterical at George Lopez on WWHL (such a Bravo addict…#SorryNotSorry) and need to attempt to get some R & R to properly function at work (insert monkey emoji covering it’s eyes here lol)I love everything about this look because it is truly ‘Missy’ in a nutshell…it’s girly, includes my favorite white boyfriend blazer, my signature Rebecca Minkoff mini mac bag and of course…a skater skirt!My white boyfriend blazer is from LC By Lauren Conrad but I found an identical blazer on sale for under $30 at SheInside here. Any excuse to wear a skirt is fine by me…especially one with a flirty print like this polka dot one (available from Choies here).My Rebecca Minkoff mini mac bag is another one of my signature “go to’s” when I am ~~unsure~~ of what to wear for a date, a girls’ night or even just to run errands. And…with a good bag comes even better shoes…enter these NYLA beauties (available on my Poshmark here). Fall Flashback…

Having a little ‘Flashback‘ moment today…a flashback from the fall…leaves and all (like how i rhymed there haha!) I’m writing this post while watching a juicy new episode of ‘Girlfriends’ Guide To Divorce‘…it’s truly my guilty pleasure. I know it may be cynical to be so obsessed with a show about divorce and dysfunctional relationships when I work at the Mecca of all things bridal…but Lisa Edelstein may as well be my spirit animal <3

While I’ve shot plenty of winter looks recently (all ones I froze my a** off for of course), there are still so many outfits from the fall I have yet to have shared and today’s look is one of them…What I love about this outfit is that I could wear it for work or play. At Kleinfeld we are required to wear all black whenever we are open (which definitely makes getting dressed in the morning a lot easier) but all you need is to add some simple pieces to snazz up an all black ensemble like this.My white faux fur vest is an oldie but a goodie from H&M but I found two similar options here + here (both at great prices!).My go to ‘professional’ wear is classic black ponte pants like these + a simple black chiffon blouse like these two here + here.Now to break down my favorite part of any outfit…the shoes and bag…My beiege studded pumps are great for the office and can be translated to happy hour without looking too ‘business’ like. Similar options: here + here.This Betsey Johnson leopard satchel was a Last Call Neiman Marcus find and I can’t seem to find this bag ~~anywhere~~ else except on eBay so I found two similar designer options here + here.And a simple watch to wear to work? But first…~~coffee~~ (~~scratch~~ that…to be quite honest I start each and every day with a Venti iced green tea from Starbucks…unsweetened of course…typical white girl…~~oops~~) but I mean coffee as in ‘Coffee Shop‘, the great brand who makes this stylish leopard coat I am wearing today! This past week has been the true beginning of winter weather. Snow on the ground, a chill in the air and wind that practically swept me right off my feet…this weather calls for a warm, cozy and fashionable coat…in comes Coffee Shop.

This brand reached out to me right before the Holiday Season and I couldn’t wait to work with them. They make everything from Moto Jackets, to Pea Coats, to Wool Coats and Bomber Jackets…they are now my one stop shop for unique and trendy coats that won’t break the bank (which is always in style in my book!)

So while I am not a fan of the cold temperatures I must admitt it was kinda fun to have a little white snow on the ground while shooting looks over the weekend. And yes…I was freezing while shooting each and every outfit…at one point my poor brother’s hands turned pink from holding the camera out in the cold…but nonetheless new outfits were shot, and Missy is still able to share her stylish journey…no matter what the weather outside may be!| Click To Shop My Look |
