    Happy Tuesday ♥ So it may be a H E A T wave in LA LA Land (like seriously it is pretty much over 100 degrees everyday…ugh) but that doesn’t mean I can’t share this little look I shot back in the spring (you know before LA turned into a hot inferno haha). I continued my long lost love affair with Wild Blue Denim by styling their tunic with my favorite distressed skinny jeans. Honestly guys, their jeans fit like a glove. I am all about the jegging like material that hugs my curves + feels beyond comfortable…these jeans are always a win/win!

    This look is simply cute + comfy. It’s great for work or play and honestly the top hides any and everything (currently I am styling it with shorts to beat the heat).

    What is special about this outfit is I am sporting the first ever designer bag I bought when I was 14…a DIOR!

    I had saved up all of my money from scooping popcorn at the local movie theater to buy this baby right before I began freshman year of high school. While most girls were rocking Coach, I opted for Dior. I guess you can say my mama raised me with some expensive taste hehe 😉

    Happy Friday! I am excited for another great weekend ahead! I will be getting some good R+R plus I am hosting a fun fashion event at Marmi Shoes in El Segundo!     Anyways, one thing I love about the weekends is catching up on the rest and ‘me‘ time I so desperately crave during the week. This is my casual gear…and here is my new favorite tea (in case you weren’t aware, I am a total tea lover)!     The toughest thing after a nice relaxing weekend is heading back to the normal ‘rise + grind’ on a Monday. No matter how long you are working for, the struggle never gets easier and it is in fact ‘real‘ 😉 I spent this past weekend in Palm Springs (if you follow me on SnapChat you got to see my random shenanigans…and if you don’t follow me well now you should duh! — this way you don’t miss out next time hehe – MissyOnMadison). After relaxing by the pool in the middle of a 90 degree desert it kind of made me never want to leave (can you blame me?)…although I would have loved to stay forever…I had to come back to reality…LA.

    So I may have titled this post ‘Black Florals‘, but after scrolling through all of the shots of me in this post I may as well name it ‘hair grab‘ since that seems to have become one of my ‘go-to’ poses while shooting new looks :p I am not quite sure how I always end up posing the same way (especially when whoever is shooting tells me to act ‘natural‘…my version of natural is being posed I suppose haha) but as I keep going through my iPhoto library I tend to see a ton of ‘hair grabbing / flipping’ shots #LongHairDontCare!

    The past few weeks have been a little hectic for me which has in turn given me less time to blog, but rest assured once I am settled in to my new apartment with my little work area (complete with an instagram worthy set up of course :p) I will be back on track and writing tons more content (hopefully…fingers crossed haha)
