Happy Friday Loves…or should I say happy feisty Friday! I’m feeling a little feisty today with my mix of leopard print and faux leather in this outfit post. I always associate moto jackets, faux leather and leopard print for fall…mix them all together are voila…today’s look is born!I wanted to make your Friday a little sweeter with a friendly reminder that you can still enter to win a piece from the Dora Landa NY collection (including this fabulous leopard print dress I am wearing here)…who doesn’t love the chance to win a gorgeous piece of clothing (that normally retails for around $200!) I know I sure do 🙂I decided to take this cute little dress and make it a bit edgy by adding a moto jacket (this one is from Karen Kane but I found a similar one from Blank NYC here). Instead of opting for heels…time to add a chic little bootie like this Nine West one here. I feel like this look is a mix of biker chic and girly girl…the best kind of looks in my opinion. My brown envelope clutch is from SuSu Handbags and is definitely unique and a must have for fall (shop it on Poshmark here). It’s an easy everyday clutch to hold your keys, wallet and lip gloss or you can dress it up with jeans, a blazer and pumps for a fun night out.I loved this shot with a few little roses (perfect for Melissa Rose…get it haha my middle name is Rose…a little fun fact about me!)| Click To Shop My Look & Enter The Dora Landa NY Giveaway HERE |
Happy Thursday Loves! With the change of seasons comes a change in weather, especially in New York…that means dry skin and the need to keep moisturized at all times. Luckily my friends over at Boots Beauty sent me some of their fabulous products from the Boots Botanics line…the best part? They are all affordable and are available for purchase at Target, my go to all in one shop for everything I can ever want or need!So let me spill the ‘tea’ on these products…first off let me address the whole ‘tea’ thing. I’m a Bravo TV addict and Andy Cohen has a game where he occasionally has celebrities / bravolebrities spill the ‘tea’ or rather share some gossip on his show…so I’m going to spill the ‘tea’ on some great Boots Botanics essentials for fall. First off the Boots Botanics Organic Facial Oil. It’s always a tricky situation when it comes to keeping your face moisturized without over doing it and allowing it to become oily and cause breakouts (which is my biggest challenge in life…no joke). Well, this product works wonders…it is 100% organic, it contains Omega 3, 6 fatty acids and fruit seeds to nourish, relieve dryness and boost your skin’s radiance and shine (the good kind, not the greasy kind). On a side note…it also smells pretty dang good!
Next up, the Boots Botanics Tinted Lip Balm. What gal doesn’t want and crave soft, supple lips that aren’t only a perfect canvas for fall lipstick shades, but also for the perfect good night kiss. These tinted lip balms come in 4 different sheer shades (and the tints really do show color which is great to wear even running errands or at the gym) and they all help provide long lasting, nourished lips.
Now for the two products everyone needs to combat dry skin…Moisturizers! Boots Botanics has an awesome body lotion and a handy hand lotion (haha like that don’t ya 😉 ) perfect to keep in your purse, at your desk or anywhere for that matter! The Boots Botanics Deeply Moisturizing Hand Cream smells delicious, isn’t too heavy and leaves hands noticeably softer and smoother for up to 48 hours! It also contains Almond Oil and Pro-Vitamin B5 which works to conditions nails…making those manicures look even better ladies!
Last but far from least, after moisturizing your lips, hands and face…it’s time to moisturize the rest of your body with the Boots Botanics Deeply Moisturizing Deeply Moisturizing Body Lotion. What I love about this moisturizer is that it also includes my ever favorite Cocoa Butter (seriously it is amazing…It’s been my obsession for years). It provides all day hydration without appearing as ‘greasy’ which is always a plus in my book.

Happy Humpday Lovers! I am having a slight princess moment today with this outfit post. I love to switch up my shooting locations from time to time but this little spot (which is far from little by the way) is a modern day castle on Long Island…the Vanderbilt Museum and Mansion. The museum and grounds are gorgeous and house a planetarium and a marine museum (currently under construction) in addition to the beautiful architecture and landscape. Everytime I visit, I dream of one day living on such a palacial estate (hey a girl can dream right?) In addition to dreaming of living at this mansion, another dream of mine was played out in this post…wearing a ‘runway’ collection, except it isn’t from the tents at NYFW but rather the Elle Runway Collection from Kohls! My J’adore sweater and printed pencil skirt are both from this collection and I layered an LC By Lauren Conrad blazer over them.My shoes are Valentino Rockstud inspired pumps (so yes, I will continue to dream about owning the real ones…this post is all about dreams I suppose). You can shop these ones from Lucky 21 here.My bag was an ‘Maxxinista’ find from TJ Maxx. As we all know, I love my Rebecca Minkoff bags, especially this mini affair bag in pink for an extra pop of color.A little fun fact…this outfit was quite difficult to shoot because the skirt runs big and I thought I can handle it falling a little…well not so much, so beware, order a size down…it is a great skirt and an adorable print just runs a tad larger than I was used to!| Click To Shop My Look & Enter My Newest Giveaway HERE |
Happy Tuesday Lovers…let’s start Tuesday off with a fun little joke. Knock Knock…Who’s There…Orange…Orange You Happy To See Me? 😉 Haha…had to have my corny little moment! Anyways…sharing this orange button down blouse in preparation for Halloween, paired with a chic cobalt blue skirt and some killer accessories! Let’s break it down…My orange button down blouse and cobalt blue skater skirt are both H&M finds! I found a similar blouse from Michael Kors…(PS I’m actually selling this blouse on poshmark here) and a similar skater skirt from MissGuided for $8 (umm a total steal…you better buy it girl!).Now for the shoes and bag! My heels are from the Prabal Gurung for Target Style collection which as we know after countless designer collabs are no longer available, but I found similar ones from Nine West here.
Paradox is a line of genuine leather bags at Lord & Taylor that I discovered a year ago. I bought this blue quilted bag in a few hues and it is a great go to (however all good things must come to an end and I am selling that on poshmark as well here) I decided the orange blouse wasn’t enough orange…so I needed to wear orange Ray Ban sunnies! You can shop them here…I love these for fall because orange and red…perfect fall colors!
What time is it? Timex time! Love this gold watch from them (but I have an over abundance and am actually selling it on poshmark here). My initial pendant necklace is a BaubleBar find (also selling on poshmark here) and it is easily layered with other delicate pieces for a simple bling look. |Click To Shop My Look & Enter My Newest Giveaway HERE |
