For a while I have been searching for the perfect ‘going out’ bag; one that was stylish, easy to carry, has room and most importantly can be worn with every ensemble.
My ‘mini Mac‘ bag from Rebecca Minkoff is all of those things and more! I absolutely love this bag.
Pair it with a cute going outfit like what I’m wearing tonight: black denim from Graffiti boutique, a simple tee from Old Navy, a chic white blazer from LC By Lauren Conrad and sparkly Nine West heels to dress up the look a little!
I love taking simple items like a ‘t-shirt’ and snazzing it up to become the ultimate ‘hitting the town’ look!

It’s no secret that one of the biggest ‘must have’ accessories for the fall is a chic, red leather handbag! In this week’s segment of ‘Lust vs Must’ I added a twist…a lust item, a must item, and an item that is simply a steal!
For the lust, I had to go with a bag that I’ve had my heart set on for months now but simply can’t justify buying it just yet. The Gucci ‘Soho’ Chain Shoulder Bag retails for $946 on FarFetch.com and has been spotted on celebs and fashion lovers everywhere. I have become somewhat obsessed with the Gucci ‘Soho’ collection. As a matter of fact, I have a few ‘bag’ crushes from them (click store links to view bags):
The Gucci ‘Soho’ tote (which of course my mom has and won’t share with me lol) available at: Saks
The Gucci ‘Disco’ Crossbody bag, also available at: Saks
But, back to ‘lust vs must’. While I love the Gucci bag, I found two affordable alternatives! One is priced in the middle of the road. The must is from Coach and retails for $398. It has a ton of room and is great quality leather, similar to the Gucci, at a fraction of the price.
Last but not least is my steal for this ‘lust vs must’ post. The Gucci is to die for, the Coach is amazing, and wait for it…the last bag in this round up, the ‘steal’ retails for only $129! It is by Isaac Mizrahi and it’s available on TJMaxx.com!

I’m so thrilled to share a little look into the world of ‘Fringes of Faith’, a jewelry line created by my friend from high school and now an entrepreneur in NYC, Morgan Yahney!
Today’s arm swag has one of the ‘Fringes Of Faith’ designs available on the brand’s website: www.FringesOfFaith.com
I love the red, leather braided bracelet paired with some of my gold bangles to really make the red pop!
In addition, I love the Hamsa hand bracelet that is not only stylish, but it also signifies ‘Good Luck, Good Fortune, Good Health & Prosperity’.
Allow of Morgan’s pieces are handmade (stay tuned for a behind the scenes post at how they are made!) and each piece brings a little bit of faith to your look every day!

Hamsa Hand Bracelet: $15
Red Leather Bracelet: $30

There’s no better way to end a work week then with a great casual Friday ensemble!
Today I went for an easy, simple and laid back look with my Abercrombie Jeans, Forever 21 sweater, LC By Lauren Conrad leather jacket and of course a pair of Converse!
Converse have become my signature sneaker. I love slipping them on for an instant care-free look! You know what else I love? Converse look even better worn out a little, so while my Converse may be from high school and have been banged up and bruised, they still look great with a pair of jeans and a tee or in my case today, a sweater.
Add a leather jacket to add some ‘edge’ to your casual Friday look like I did, and you are good to go!
Happy Friday Fashion Lovers!

A huge trend this season is ‘Camo’. Whether it’s a cute Camo top, some Camo pumps or even a pair of Camo pants like I’m wearing today, this fall, the ‘army’ look is taking over.
While Camo isn’t always the most feminine of prints, I decided to dress up these great Camo pants I scored at Abercrombie on sale with some ‘girly’ and lighter pieces.
First off, I love these pants! Not only are they comfortable and only cost me $30, but they also have a nice quilted design by the knee, zippers on the sides and are form fitting which I find important with such an ‘edgy’ design like Camo.
I was inspired by a photo I saw on Pinterest of a pair of Camo pants paired with violet heels, so I decided to do my own version of that. I’m wearing violet pumps from H&M that only cost me $20 and were a great buy.
As for the top, I think when you wear a printed pant it’s important to do a neutral top, otherwise the outfit begins to look too ‘busy’. I wore a simple black top from Target, a black LC By Lauren Conrad blazer and then to keep warm, my H&M faux fur vest!
I love this look for fall, do you?
