     Happy New Year! I can’t believe it’s officially 2017 + this is my first blog post of the new year – woohoo! I spent the holidays in NY with my family, but now I am back in sunny California – just where I like to be 😉 (me and snow don’t mix very well anymore haha) One of the perks of living in LA is how close I am to the beach! Seriously, who doesn’t love being just minutes away from some of the nicest beaches in the country?

    One of my New Year’s Resolutions is to embrace being me + always say ‘yes‘ to adventures! What better way to start off the new year than with flaunting my shape in stunning Malibu wearing new swimwear from Coco Reef Swimwear. I love how Coco Reef’s pieces really help you embrace your figure and perfectly ‘suit’ every woman’s body type – a perk for this gal who has a difficult time finding swimwear since I always need a larger top but a smaller bottom (mix + match anyone?)

    One of my favorite suits from them is this bikini set! I love the flowy ruffle top with a mesh overlay (for those days when you want to head to the beach but maybe are feeling a little bloated or just want a chic conservative look :p). I love how feminine this top is (considering I am such a girly girl after all haha) + I paired it with their Classic Skinny Dip Bikini Bottom. Coco Reef has bottoms that are ideal for mixing and matching for every bottom type – whether you want to have a little more coverage or you are looking for a more ‘cheeky’ look haha their bottoms are the best!

    I have never been one for one-pieces till I wore this one from Coco Reef! It has a tummy control feature to help accentuate your figure + #FlauntYourShape ♥ Their one-pieces are honestly my favorite…the fact that I can slip into one and feel confident no matter where I am heading (even in superficial LA…models make it hard for us average folk haha :p) is always a perk!

    Happy Sunday! One of my favorite ways to spend Sunday Funday is with a little cyber retail therapy (My closet loves it…my bank account, not so much). Anyways, what better way to get some opinions on pieces I’m lusting after than to share them with you! {Click through above to shop the pieces or share them  !}

    I’m obsessed with the Isola heels from Zappos (I have a feeling those will be an impulse purchase…oops) and I can’t stop staring at that ‘Too Cool For School‘ swimsuit from Net  A Porter…I mean come on, tell me that baby isn’t instagram worthy haha!

    On a side note, I feel like my blogger friends and I are constantly saying when we go on weekend outfit shoots or little adventures, ‘That’s totally instagram material’…makes me once again realize the importance of social media. While some may hate that people think this way, it’s reality. Perception and first impressions are everything…even when it comes to your instagram feed. What a person posts in a way says a lot about them…in addition what you wear speaks volumes as well, that’s why I will forever be online shopping whether people judge me or not…#SorryNotSorry 😉

Can’t believe it’s officially a summer month! What better way to ring in summer than with a look at some fab swimwear and jewels from the Bikini Alchemy rooftop bash at the Hudson Hotel in NYC! I loved their beach inspired set up and all their fab pieces…I think I have some shopping to do 😉
