Top O’ the morning to ya and Happy St. Patricks Day! What better way to show a little green than with one of these picks from my spring trend guide?! Last week I shared some of my go to spring footwear (which all retail for under $150…yes…spring footwear that is affordable!) but today’s shopping guide is all about that green. I love color year round, and normally I gravitate towards blue, pink or red, but I am slowly beginning to embrace green as well.

Feels like spring spirit! I was beyond thrilled at how warm NYC was yesterday…I actually got to show some leg (an ~~appropriate~~ amount of course…) and not have to bundle up in layers…Spring has Sprung! This look is the epitome of spring…white skinny jeans, bright colors, white pumps and a signature pair of sunnies…out with the dark hues and in with shades of light! This ensemble was shot back when I was in Florida for my Birthday a few weeks ago and I am already itching for another trip (seriously is it May yet…LA here I come)! Yesterday was a busy work day…I brought four of my blogger gal pals to Kleinfeld to have their very own Cinderella moment in honor of the movie coming to theaters Friday and let’s just say it was a magical afternoon 😉 Follow @KleinfeldBridal to find out more…but as for my outfit…well you have to read on to get your own ‘happily ever after‘ :p

Speak of color, I had to wear this blue face Michael Kors watch again for this post (yes I know I just wore it Monday #SorryNotSorry :p) When an outfit has so many different colors sometimes to pull the look together, a chic classic bag is necessary like the black quilted ‘Affair’ bag from Rebecca Minkoff here. And naturally a killer pair of sunnies (especially bright ones like these) are needed to really embrace the warmer weather and to make a statement.

I must admit I have a slight obsession with white…white jeans…white pumps #AllWhiteEverything…with a ‘Pop Of Color‘ of course 😉 Although white is a challenge to keep clean, when worn properly it is so classy, chic, fresh and clean…and it can match with so many different options and in the spring I am always wanting to mix and match!

It’s #ShoesdayTuesday and what better way to put a little ‘Spring‘ in your step than with a round up of the top footwear trends for spring…everything from neon, to fringe to white pumps to nude sandals…the shoes you’ve been looking for all in one place AND all at affordable prices (nothing over $135! hey I know I am ~~not~~ the only girl on a budget here :p)

One of my favorite parts about spring is being able to show off a fresh new pedicure, ditch the layers of ~~socks~~ and ~~boots~~ and feel girly and free…I am not a ~~winter~~ person (anyone who knows me that comes as no surprise…I despise the cold and opt for a nice 60-70 degree temperature everyday).

The only issue I have with spring/summer footwear? The marks and blisters I get on my feet…normally with the right footwear I am ok, but I actually got this cool new product called ‘Sole Serum‘ sent to me over the weekend and I figured I’d give it a shot while testing out my new blue pumps (which of course are in my shopping collage). All in all it’s pretty awesome! It comes in a cute little green tube and with just one squirt you rub it on the balls of your feet, ankles and anywhere else you typically get foot pain and voila! Pain is gone…it’s like a numbing cream for heels and it’s amazing.

In The Trenches…

Someone has a case of the ‘Mondays‘….and it may just be me 😉 Safe to say I spent the weekend catching up on some cult classic movies…along with some shopping, girl time and cuddling with Charlie (my dog duh!)…didn’t have any exciting dating adventures this past weekend…I was suffering from a pounding headache and didn’t even get around to shooting new outfits (that means next weekend is crunch time ugh)…anyways on a happier note, I am excited to start actually dressing for spring…slowly but surely and my first spring essential? A killer trench coat like this one! PS It’s on sale at Nordstrom (woohoo!)

A trench coat is the perfect piece to get to transition into spring…it’s not as heavy as your winter coat + it is perfect to wear on those rainy spring days (hopefully they bring May flowers right?). Another key piece from spring (aka something you actually need year round) are these blue Ray Bans…they come with me everywhere I go and will definitely be brought to LA in a few months (I may not come back…#AGirlCanDream)

Another great way to ring in spring? With a bright pair of pants like these cobalt blue jeans (under $40 here!) and some chic nude pumps. I love nude pumps (I also styled them with some winter wear last week on the blog here) because they match with everything and really add that extra ‘~~sex~~ appeal’ to every outfit. My Gucci Soho tote is the ideal transition bag because black is timeless and a great quality bag ~~never~~ goes ‘out’ of style.

No outfit is complete without the proper bling…this Kendra Scott ‘Naomi’ Ring + my blue face Michael Kors watch (such a perfect hue for spring plus it matches the pants woo!).
