In case you missed it, I have been using the SureSmile Aligner System for the past few months in order to straighten my teeth, fix some overcrowding + ultimately achieve the picture perfect smile we all crave!

For years I struggled to smile with my mouth open, showcasing my teeth etc. It was one of those things I just refused to do. Funny enough while I was actively dating, one of the first things guys would ask me is why I never smile with my mouth open + having to explain my insecurity about the overcrowding of my top + bottom teeth was far from something I wanted to share with others.

I have been going for monthly check ups at Dr Joseph Gray’s office so his team can make sure my teeth are progressing properly with the aligners + make adjustments to the trays if needed, and so far everything has been smooth sailing.

At first it took me some time to get used to putting them in everyday and only taking them out to eat, but like with any habit after a few weeks of doing it, you get used to it. The great thing about the SureSmile Aligner System is you can actually feel the process working. Each time you put a new tray in, you can feel it working on different sections of teeth to straighten + get in alignment.

Some weeks I can feel it on my bottom teeth, other times on my top row, either way it assures me that the SureSmile Aligner System is really working + that is an amazing feeling!
