♥ PASTEL FEELS ♥

I don’t know about you but I’ve been in a strange funk lately. Even though it’s spring (one of my favorite seasons) + the temperatures are warming up, with everything going on in the world + stay at home orders in place it’s a little hard to not have all the days just blend together making you get a little stir crazy. I’ve been trying to stay upbeat + positive by sharing some bright + colorful content on my social, hosting giveaways to cheer people up, giving back to those in need, organizing around the house, playing with new skincare + makeup and overall trying to keep sane when in the house all day. One of the things that cheers me up is looking back on fun outfits / content I shot pre-quarantine and this look happens to be one of them!

As you all may know by now I love a colorful look – especially pastel so when I spotted this rainbow striped sweater (now ON SALE) from REVOLVE I knew I needed it + I have styled it honestly so many ways (jeans, shorts + of course my favorite…a skater skirt).

I added some of my favorite accessories that just add to thee outfit + make the colors pop even more…a white Gucci belt + pink YSL bag.

I’ve been crushing on gray pumps for years now. These are actually from 8 or 9 years ago and I still wear them all the time to be honest because they are fun, match with everything + are a great alternative to just plain black. I’ve linked to a bunch of similar styles below since these were an exclusive collaboration from Nine West (hence the pink trim and pink soles).

I was never one for hair accessories but I think I’ve officially joined the headband train. I bought this pearl headband in multiple colors I love it so much. It’s a perfect way to dress up any look and I can’t get enough of it!

Happy Wednesday Babes ♥

I hope your week is off to a great start! I am prepping for a busy weekend ahead filled with photoshoots (and my first ever video shoot – eek I am super excited but also nervous hehe :p). The blog is growing more + more day by day which is amazing! I get to work with killer brands + create fun content for all of you! If you are new here or are still simply learning more about me, my style is filled with fun ‘Pops Of Color’ + girly accents. Whether it’s a flirty skirt like I am wearing here or a sassy dress, the girlier the better!

This rings true for today’s outfit. The unicorn trend is all over the place lately and when I saw this colorful fringe cardigan from Olive and Pepper, I knew I NEEDED it! It’s fun, sassy + is great to style with a plain white tee + a pair of jeans, or with a skater skirt + heels like you see here.

Versatile pieces that can make a statement + be styled multiple ways are always a WIN in my book. Another WIN about this cardigan? It’s price! It retails for just $48 – I mean you can’t beat that!!

Here I styled the cardigan with a basic white chiffon camisole + one of my favorite pink skater skirts. I live for skater skirts because they are great for work or play and are flattering on almost every body type!

Both of these pieces are essential for every gal’s wardrobe…sometimes building your closet is all about stocking up on basics you can mix + match.

My heels are another basic I think every gal should stock up on since they are so versatile for any occasion. I love a classic white ankle strap heel…they make your foot look great, show off that new pedicure + are simple and sexy.

My bag is also from Olive and Pepper. It’s an instant summer hit that everyone is wearing! Plus it looks like the Cult Gaia bag for a fraction of the cost!

Pretty in Pink at Peggy Porschen …

On Tuesday’s I wear pink or maybe it’s just anytime I am at Peggy Porschen in London hehe ♥

I am sure you saw this little pink slice of heaven all over my Instagram story when I was in London last month (if you missed it, don’t worry – this post is pink filled to the max + will make you want to hop on a plane to London right now!) Before I headed off to London I made a thourough list of all the places I wanted to visit AND a list of all the places I wanted to shoot new outfit photos at…a place that made it to the top of both lists? Yep, you guessed it, Peggy Porschen, the home of the cutest insta photo spot + delicious treats (which naturally I had to try in between shots) + a great place to people watch as passerby’s looked at me like a looney for taking endless photos of my white tweed jacket with faux fur trim while my photographer was stopping traffic to get the ‘insta worthy shot‘ lol The things we do for the blog + social media #TheStruggleIsReal :p

I am BEYOND obsessed with this girly look: 1) because it involves my brand new Chanel I purchased in Paris the day before AND 2) it includes pink, tweed + faux fur…what else does a fashion obsessed gal need in life? Am I right? 😉

This outfit was planned solely around the pink color of Peggy Porschen + this white tweed jacket with faux fur trim from Shein (under $40!!)

The jacket makes such a statement and matched perfectly with the feminine design of the cafe along with my pink skater skirt. I broke up the light colors with hints of black from my bodysuit, shoes + bag.

I loved wearing this bodysuit with skirts around London since it doesn’t ride up, sucks everything in haha and it is really comfy no matter what you style it with. I was always terrified of bodysuits (the thought of having to take it off to go to the bathroom scared me haha) but I got over it + I am SO glad I did.

In between snapping photos, my photographer and I had to try some yummy treats that Peggy Porschen is well known for. One of their signature cupcakes is this beauty below (sorry guys but I can’t remember the name of it for the life of me but I assure ya it was delicious).

Fun Fact: I am not a coffee drinker, so anytime I have coffee in a photo, it was purchased for that sole purpose…the photo 😉 haha That was the case with this cup that had to be snapped because who doesn’t love lips in their coffee?!

My shoes + bag are timeless classics. Black never goes out of style…neither does Chanel or a chic pair of heels…this outfit happens to have both!

These black ankle strap heels are currently on sale at Nordstrom + are a MUST HAVE for every wardrobe. Mix + match them with any look you are going for no matter how dressy or casual…they literally go with everything.
