And it’s Thursday…I can’t believe how quick this week has flown by already as I am writing this from sunny California! The sun is shining, the palm trees are looking as pretty as ever and I have a hectic schedule planned ahead. So far my brother and I have visited USC (which has the most GORGEOUS campus ever btw…If I wanted to put myself in ~~debt~~ with student loans and pursue a Masters USC would definitely be the place…just saying :p)

Anyways, I digress…this tropical spring look is currently with me in LA and I am contemplating whether to wear it tonight to the Polo Lounge in the Beverly Hills Hotel or to wear it tomorrow night to SUR (because it wouldn’t be a trip to LA without stalking Lisa Vanderpump…yup I am a Bravo addict #GuiltyAsCharged)

It’s #ShoesdayTuesday and what better way to put a little ‘Spring‘ in your step than with a round up of the top footwear trends for spring…everything from neon, to fringe to white pumps to nude sandals…the shoes you’ve been looking for all in one place AND all at affordable prices (nothing over $135! hey I know I am ~~not~~ the only girl on a budget here :p)

One of my favorite parts about spring is being able to show off a fresh new pedicure, ditch the layers of ~~socks~~ and ~~boots~~ and feel girly and free…I am not a ~~winter~~ person (anyone who knows me that comes as no surprise…I despise the cold and opt for a nice 60-70 degree temperature everyday).

The only issue I have with spring/summer footwear? The marks and blisters I get on my feet…normally with the right footwear I am ok, but I actually got this cool new product called ‘Sole Serum‘ sent to me over the weekend and I figured I’d give it a shot while testing out my new blue pumps (which of course are in my shopping collage). All in all it’s pretty awesome! It comes in a cute little green tube and with just one squirt you rub it on the balls of your feet, ankles and anywhere else you typically get foot pain and voila! Pain is gone…it’s like a numbing cream for heels and it’s amazing.

Happy Wednesday Loves! While I love to wear fun and casual outfits, sometimes I need to play dress up and act like an adult (just sometimes 😉 ). I’ve discovered it’s become easier in today’s day and age to not only dress office appropriate, but stylish as well. It’s all about hemlines, cuts and colors. I enjoy a great ‘Pop Of Color’ even when it comes to office wear!My ever favorite white boyfriend blazer is from the LC By Lauren Conrad collection at Kohls. I realized all of my blazers are pretty much from that collection…what can I say I’m a gal that gets stuck on what I like, is that a crime? 😉 My cobalt blue blouse is from Old Navy. It adds just the right amount of color to stand out at the office without being inappropriate. I love my black scuba skirt from Target. The scuba fabric has been a summer favorite as well as a personal favorite of mine! Now for my shoes, as if I haven’t already shared the deets on these a bunch of times, they were a Payless find! Yes, I will forever be stunned that I found my perfect nude ankle strap sandal at Payless…it was the best purchase I had ever made there! My snakeskin envelope clutch is from Target. I love how unique it is. I was never a big clutch fan (I always need a huge bag to carry everything including the kitchen sink) but for some reason I fell hard for this bag the moment I spotted it…I’d say the $8 price tag helped contribute to the love affair as well 😉 Sometimes dressing professional isn’t as boring as it seems 😉 Or at least when it comes to me it isn’t! Even at the office, don’t be afraid to stand out…life is too short to simply fit in! Shop My Look<3

Happy Monday loves! Today’s look is an oldie but a goodie…I realized I have this look on my banner above, but never broke down the shopping details…oops 😉 I hope you all had a nice weekend, I know I sure did! What I love about this look is this floral scuba skirt from Target…isn’t it great? I love all the colors in it, especially how I can rock it with a cute aqua tank <3 I love color for summer. I found a similar skirt from Last Call…with a mixed pattern…obsessed!My shoes are again…a Payless find! Yes people…Payless <3 I seriously love them…don’t worry I found similar nude sandals from Nasty Gal! My bag is my forever favorite Rebecca Minkoff Affair Bag in classic black. Chic, classy and simple. Has tons of room for all your essentials and is amazing quality! My prayers for the perfect going out bag have been answered 😉 I can’t live without a chic white blazer. I feel it pulls any look ‘together’ and is great for a night out or a day at the office. My statement necklace is from Laila Rowe…they have the best jewelry for less 🙂 Great pieces to make any look sparkle! I found a similar white necklace from ASOS as well!Shop My Look Below <3

Happy Thursday Loves! Last week I had the pleasure of visiting the Kas New York showroom in Manhattan and naturally I played a little dress up! When I spotted this amazing multi-print dress I fell in LOVE! Umm can you see why? It’s the perfect piece for summer! I got to play a little dress up and head over by the water in NYC to show off this fabulous piece…and I can say I definitely felt as glamorous as ever…I never wanted to take it off!Kas New York pieces {including this gorgeous dress} are sold at a few places you fashionistas may be familiar with in addition to their own site.
