Happy Thursday Lovers! Yes, I realize tomorrow is Halloween and it is far into fall, but sorry I’m not giving up my neon obsession! Today I color coordinated my neon Harlow necklace form Kendra Scott with my neon yellow Cambridge Satchel bag…the only way to wear neon right?A little fun fact about me? I absolutely love and live in skirts and dresses…so it can be the dead of winter and I would most likely attempt to rock a look like this…not the most practical but hey sometimes practical is boring if you ask me 😉 The lovely team at Kendra Scott sent me this Harlow necklace which I instantly fell in love with…I bet you can see why. Coincidentally it ended up matching my neon Cambridge Satchel…I’m actually selling it on Poshmark now because although I love neon and this bag…I rarely get to give it all of the face time it deserves…you can shop it here.I LOVE nude ankle strap heels for fall, spring, summer or simply anytime (except for in the snow…that may be a little too much for me to handle haha). I got these beauties at Payless but found a similar pair from 6pm.com here.This initial cuff from C Wonder is not only a great piece for every fashionista to have, but it is the PERFECT gift idea (hint, hint) for your mom, sister, boss, co-worker or your best friend! Who doesn’t love a simple yet chic piece of bling!Now for my ensemble…my purple crop cami top is from ASOS (you can score it now on sale for $10…amazing!). My quilted gray mini skirt is a clearance find from Lord & Taylor and you can shop it here (dress it up like I did or dress it down with some sneakers for a casual look). Finally, my favorite ever go to blazer…LC Lauren Conrad at Kohls…I turn to my white blazer more often times than I do my black blazer. Happy Thursday loves! So this past outfit shoot I decided to listen to the advice of my friends and fellow bloggers and try some photos without sunglasses…just me and the eyes to my sole haha…not really but you get my point. Anyways…Holy Chic, I’m a bit obsessed with this tee from Old Navy, especially because it is on sale now for $10! I love a ‘Look For Less’! Although I opted for a ‘Black & White’ look with my black Forever 21 skater skirt with leather trim and black Steve Madden pumps, I had to add a little extra something…NEON! I found this BCBG neon clutch at Last Call Neiman Marcus (similar available here) and I fell in love!I also wanted to add a little snazz with this rose necklace. Fun Fact…my middle name is rose, a rose for Melissa Rose 🙂 On a side note, I began free lancing for this amazing site called Toovia…has all my favorite things wrapped into one…style, fashion, food, music…you name it they got it…including amazing shopping! TGIF! Happy ‘Funday’ Friday Loves! While this casual Friday ensemble wasn’t shot on a Friday, it was definitely shot on a Fun Day 😉 haha ok so that was corny I know…want to know where ‘Funday Friday’ really came from? Well…it’s actually a sarcastic comment from my trainer at the gym…Friday’s are cardio day AKA…Funday Friday.I don’t even want to think about what today’s work out has in store for me…so instead let’s focus on this cute chambray look 😉 Better distraction if you ask me! My chambray button down top was a ‘Shop Genius’ find from Nordstrom Rack. I love Chambray and it’s a great transition piece from spring to summer to fall to winter…wear it with absolutely everything and anything. My white cotton shorts are from Abercrombie. I’m trying to get in my fill of summer clothing before fall hits NY. Shoes always make the outfit and I LOVE these silver Converse kicks. It’s crazy to believe they have been hiding in the back of my closet ever since freshman year of high school! To know me means to know how obsessed I am with neon! This neon Cambridge Satchel is another oldie but goodie…I got this when I was a freshman in college. I guess I like mixing old and new what can I say 😉I truly love all of these shots because I enjoy being by the water, especially on Long Island during the summer. These photos were taken on the ‘Nautical Mile’ in Freeport NY if any of you guys are familiar. It’s a perfect Long Island summer spot. Shop My Look Below<3

Happy Friday Loves! I decided to share the spotlight with a special little someone today, my King Charles Cavalier…Charlie! I love this little guy, he will forever be my prince charming <3 If you have a dog you know the eternal and unconditional love you have for them, Charlie has truly become a family member and is the highlight of everyones’ day…he makes even a rainy day bright & sunny! So it was only suiting that Charlie modeled these fab Sunglass Warehouse sunnies that were gifted to me because he is my ray of sunshine and also, what dog doesn’t look cute in sunglasses…like come on? I want to kiss him now just looking at these photos <3 By the way, Charlie is quite the social butterfly…my little sis runs his Instagram, Facebook & Twitter…if your a fan of King Charles Cavaliers and want a daily smile, follow him!Nothing screams ‘Summer Time Fine’ like the perfect accessories. As you know, my obsession with neon is a little unhealthy, so this Michael Kors hot pink tote, Cambridge Satchel neon bag and my TJ Maxx ‘Maxxinista’ find of this Steve Madden neon satchel, have me ready for summer day trips and nights by the beach! Happy Monday lovers!
