TGIF Lovers! I’m happy to share a new ‘Day To Night’ transition look today because 9 out of 10 times the first thing I’m doing after a long day at work is heading to happy hour or a little dinner with the girls. When rushing around (especially in NYC) or even Long Island for that matter, I sometimes don’t have time to change into something different than what I wore earlier in the day…case and point, this outfit here 🙂I love everything about this look head to toe because I feel comfortable, confident and sexy in it all at the same time…something that not every outfit could provide. While everyone typically opts for a traditional black blazer for a day at the office or even a night out, I always love to think outside the box and rock white. This white boyfriend blazer is the perfect fit and can go from day to night…what’s better than that.To add even more color I wore a cropped purple cami like this one. It is a nice silk material and looks like a professional blouse when worn under a blazer so it is office appropriate or happy hour ready. While black distressed skinny jeans are ok for casual Friday in some offices, I know they aren’t widely accepted everywhere so an easy fix is to just rock non-distressed black skinny jeans like these (on sale now at Banana Republic) or black skinny dress pants like these…if you can do distressed I highly suggest these ones from TopShop.My bling is simple and layered…just the way I like it. Not too much for the board room yet trendy enough for an early evening outing.
