Happy Monday! Another weekend is over + time for another long week ahead (ugh especially with daylight savings…I feel like I missed more than just an extra hour of sleep…maybe more like an entire day? haha :p) Anyways…I spent the weekend shooting some spring looks + campaigns which I can’t wait to share with you guys…so let’s get it started with this casual yet well put together look for spring, shot in the gorgeous Hollywood Hills (perks of LA living)!
I usually always incorporate color into my looks, but I decided to embrace neutrals for spring with this outfit! I got this cardigan from Old Navyon clearance (luckily they are having a huge S A L E right now, with tons of cardigans on sale)!
My dress is from Threads For Thought and I love how it can either be casual for weekend adventures or it can be dressed up for the office (plus the material is super lightweight and comfy).
I based this whole outfit pretty much around this tan floppy hat from Target (hey…totally normal to base a look around an accessories or pair of shoes you are dying to wear :p)!
Oh Hey There…Fancy Meeting You Here 😉 Happy Monday! I am thrilled to say it was another gorgeous weekend in LA…warm weather, sunshine + temperatures that feel like spring! Nothing can make a gal happier 😉 Except maybe some new shoes, a new bag + even a new jacket! Safe to say last week was an awesome mail week! I am getting fully stocked for spring with some of my current on-trend favorites…Let’s first start with this cute suede fringe jacket from ShopPinkBlush.com! It’s a great transition piece for winter to spring and with the fun fringe flair it matches perfectly with any look and adds a little bit of an edgy feel (totally LA style).
I styled it for spring with this white chiffon dress…taking an otherwise dressy piece and dressing it down for a night out or even brunch with the gals.
Since I always enjoy a little Pop Of Color I decided to bring this Kendra Scott Rayne Necklace out to play (which I haven’t worn in f o r e v e r!! I love discovering old pieces + making them feel like new again!)
There comes a time when you find a pair of shoes that are literally ‘To Die For‘ AND are perfect for every single outfit…these tan chunky ankle strap heels ♥ I mean…I think I am in love! (if this is what love feels like that is haha)
Another thing I am currently ‘Falling Head Over Heels For‘? This Nicole Lee US clutch!! When Nicole Lee approached me about sending a few pieces I was super pumped and when I got this tropical print envelope clutch this week I was beyond thrilled…it reminds me of a style that Gucci had made a few seasons ago…I officially found the ‘Look For Less‘ version here! I also found two styles I like (from YSL + Rebecca Minkoff).
Happy Monday! I finally got to shoot some new looks this weekend and I am super excited to embrace more winter vibes (although it was 75 degrees here in LA when I shot them haha). What I love about winter in LA is that since it’s still warm I can basically wear my NY fall favorites for an LA winter…win/win! Another thing I love about winter in LA? Gorgeous sunsets and backdrops like this one up in the Hollywood Hills (and there is no snow for me to slip on in my OTK boots :p).So let’s break down this pretty look (which I am completelyobsessed with btw). My basic tee is from Sea Of Pearls, based in LA…their tees are super soft, comfy and I l o v e them<3 I layered over it this black sleeveless blazer (such a popular trend for 2015 — still can’t believe the year is almost coming to a close). I of course had to wear a white skirt because I love transitioning my summer favorites into year round staples :p #SorryNotSorry
My new obsession? These Le Specs sunnies (from SunglassesShop) are super fun and unique. I am loving the shape along with the mirrored lenses <3 They are a great trade off from my usual Ray Bans.
My gorgeous new bling is from one of my fav LA babes..Marrin Costello! Her designs are chic, stylish and also add that boho flair suiting for any Cali gal 😉 You can see more of my favorites from her here!
