Fall Flashback…

Having a little ‘Flashback‘ moment today…a flashback from the fall…leaves and all (like how i rhymed there haha!) I’m writing this post while watching a juicy new episode of ‘Girlfriends’ Guide To Divorce‘…it’s truly my guilty pleasure. I know it may be cynical to be so obsessed with a show about divorce and dysfunctional relationships when I work at the Mecca of all things bridal…but Lisa Edelstein may as well be my spirit animal <3

While I’ve shot plenty of winter looks recently (all ones I froze my a** off for of course), there are still so many outfits from the fall I have yet to have shared and today’s look is one of them…What I love about this outfit is that I could wear it for work or play. At Kleinfeld we are required to wear all black whenever we are open (which definitely makes getting dressed in the morning a lot easier) but all you need is to add some simple pieces to snazz up an all black ensemble like this.My white faux fur vest is an oldie but a goodie from H&M but I found two similar options here + here (both at great prices!).My go to ‘professional’ wear is classic black ponte pants like these + a simple black chiffon blouse like these two here + here.Now to break down my favorite part of any outfit…the shoes and bag…My beiege studded pumps are great for the office and can be translated to happy hour without looking too ‘business’ like. Similar options: here + here.This Betsey Johnson leopard satchel was a Last Call Neiman Marcus find and I can’t seem to find this bag ~~anywhere~~ else except on eBay so I found two similar designer options here + here.And a simple watch to wear to work? Powder Blues…

Happy Monday Loves! I once again am beating Monday blues with a little…Blue! I am OBSESSED with the whole moto jacket trend for fall…and I love it even more when I can find great ones at an affordable price like this powder blue moto jacket from Apt.9 at Kohls! Never doubt the possibility of finding a great trend piece for less without forgoing on quality 😉 So time to reveal a little secret…A few people have asked on here and on instagram about if the weather where I am is still warm…well no not really haha. My brother shoots my outfits and we tend to shoot a bunch of looks at a time so I have looks I’ve shot in the warmer weather that will be sprinkled in amongst colder weather looks on the blog. I definitely couldn’t have rocked this skirt ensemble yesterday because it was FREEZING on Long Island…I only got one outfit shot because I was too chicken to fight the cold…pretty sure I’m meant to be in warmer climate lol (insert monkey covering eyes emoji here)Now let’s break down the look…My white crop top is from J Lo for Kohls and you can score it now for…drum roll please $4! YES $4. Dress it up, dress it down and wear it season to season. And I made it perfect for fall by layering the moto jacket and adding a cute black floppy hat. A simple black scuba skirt is always a sure bet to tie a look together and the best part is that it is a transitional piece to wear year round.I had to have my traditional ‘Pop Of Color’ by adding this magenta Rayne necklace from Kendra Scott…what better way to bring summer into the fall / winter.These black suede boots have been an absolute life saver when it comes to easily feeling sexy in the cold fall weather. Orange Is The New Black…

Happy Friday & Happy Halloween Loves! In honor of our favorite sweet trick or treat holiday, I had to rock the traditional orange and black 😉 To be even more cliche, I had to head over to the pumpkin patch for some fall festivities and maybe to find the perfect pumpkin to make a Jack-O-Lantern out of! Let’s break down the look…my black faux fur vest is from Karen Kane but I found a similar one from Express here. I feel every gal needs a simple black faux fur vest for fall…dress it up, dress it down…either way you will stay nice and cozy.These black distressed jeans are not only comfortable but once again can be worn for almost ANY occasion…Flying Monkey makes a great pair here. Had to also rock the orange blouse again…twice in one week oh my…see how I styled it earlier in the week here.I love my Rebecca Minkoff mini mac bag…I have it in a few different colors and I’m pretty sure it will be worn tonight for whatever the Halloween night may bring! Black suede boots are always a necessity for fall. Happy Tuesday Lovers…let’s start Tuesday off with a fun little joke. Knock Knock…Who’s There…Orange…Orange You Happy To See Me? 😉 Haha…had to have my corny little moment! Anyways…sharing this orange button down blouse in preparation for Halloween, paired with a chic cobalt blue skirt and some killer accessories! Let’s break it down…My orange button down blouse and cobalt blue skater skirt are both H&M finds! I found a similar blouse from Michael Kors…(PS I’m actually selling this blouse on poshmark here) and a similar skater skirt from MissGuided for $8 (umm a total steal…you better buy it girl!).Now for the shoes and bag! My heels are from the Prabal Gurung for Target Style collection which as we know after countless designer collabs are ~~no longer available~~, but I found similar ones from Nine West here.

Paradox is a line of genuine leather bags at Lord & Taylor that I discovered a year ago. I bought this blue quilted bag in a few hues and it is a great go to (however all good things must come to an end and I am selling that on poshmark as well here)
I decided the orange blouse wasn’t enough orange…so I needed to wear orange Ray Ban sunnies! You can shop them here…I love these for fall because orange and red…perfect fall colors!

What time is it? Timex time! Love this gold watch from them (but I have an over abundance and am actually selling it on poshmark here). I love this hue for year round…don’t hesitate to wear certain colors just because it’s ‘out of season’ make it work with the proper ensemble!My bag? Of course it’s from Rebecca Minkoff…we know I’m a bit obsessed…what can I say when I find a designer I love I stick with them! It’s called the ‘Mini MAB Tote‘ and while I’m holding it has a little accessory in these photos, it also comes with a leather strap to wear it as a cross body…perfect for a night out! And sorry guys, but I had to rock some retro inspired sunnies for this look…yes I am slowly getting used to not wearing sunglasses for every outfit post, but sometimes they just make the look…like they did for this one 😉Shop My Look<3
