Happy Weekend Loves! Time for another ‘Weekend Wish List’ aka time for some shopping…window or actual…totally up to you 😉

I’m all about plaid for fall and this red Old Navy plaid flannel is a must have for my wardrobe. I definitely plan on styling a few outfits with this baby. In addition to a great fall flannel another obsession of mine? The perfect shade of Essie nail polish…my go to shade? ‘No More Film’ it’s a dark plum and I LOVE it…A) Because purple is my favorite color and B) Because well I just love it ok?!

You can also never go wrong with a simple clutch…maybe one that is ‘Tres Chic’? This baby only costs $28 and I am definitely turning this weekend lust into a must…I mean the bag itself says chic!

Playful Print…

Happy Thursday Loves! Whether it’s the dead of winter or the hottest day over the summer, one trait I always include in my looks is color! Season to season, colorful hues and playful prints have been a staple for every gal’s wardrobe (including at this past NYFW for SS 15). The key to wearing print properly is to mix and match a top and bottom that mesh well together. I love this yellow and blue aztec print skirt from Target because there are so many ways to style the fun print. Today I’m rocking it with a dark wash chambray pullover from Old Navy, but last time I wore it I rocked silver pumps and a simple black bandeau…a little risky but hey I opted for sexy that day…today’s version…strictly business 😉My black leather clutch was a clearance find at Last Call Neiman Marcus…they have been my go to for handbags on a budget without forgoing on quality or the designer label. Most of my favorite handbags from them however have been their own line of bags from the ‘Neiman Marcus’ collection. They are usually designer inspired and at a fraction of the price! I also feel a ‘professional’ look must be completed with the perfect planner to keep me on track for the day, my personalized date book is from Graphic Image NY. My black suede pumps are essential for fall and for the office. Steve Madden has them is so many different versions…colors, shape, heel height…but these ones are my favorite. On a side note…while I love this outfit, I’m also loving how my hair was actually well behaved in these photos…don’t you love when that happens? Happy Wednesday Loves! Time to share another fun outfit shoot from out east! These photos were taken out at Martha Clara Vineyards on Long Island and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out 🙂 Sarah’s photographer did wonders what can I say! My black crop top and my white moto vest are both from the Jennifer Lopez for Kohls collection (I love great steals don’t you?). My layered necklaces are from Nordstrom…I love a simple horizontal bar necklace to layer with any piece and of course my star necklace which has been a favorite of my for a while now 🙂 While I am not a big drinker, I like heading out east to wine country simply for the atmosphere, like I mentioned in yesterday’s post, sometimes you just need to get away from the stress of everyday life! My gray tulle skirt is also from Kohls…but this time from LC By Lauren Conrad. I love all of her pieces…they fit my style perfectly. My nude ankle strap heels are actually from Payless but I found similar ones from Michael Antonio. My python clutch and gold link watch are both Michael Kors…I like quality I suppose haha plus he is always on trend. Simple accessories for a simple look 🙂

Farm Fresh…

Happy Tuesday Loves! I am super excited to share today’s look and photos with you because they were taken out on eastern Long Island near wine country {may be slightly more exciting if I actually acquired the taste of wine…but hey one day I may mature who knows 😉 }. Sarah and I ventured out east to take some unique photos…definitely different than my norm because we used her fabulous photographer William Thomas! He captured our fits of laughter, the times when Sarah busts my chops (which by the way is all the time) and even some great shots of our corny matching plaid button down tops from Charlotte Russe (similar available from Target). Sarah and I have become close since discovering each other via instagram…you know where all great friendships start 😉 We are also Posh addicts…as in Poshmark. Now to break down my look 🙂 The plaid top while it is a button down, I decided to tie it in the front southern style. I paired it with a black skater skirt, and nude Report Shoes booties which I scored on clearance at Marshalls…gotta love a ‘Fab Found’ find! I’m also wearing a leopard and black leather cross body bag from Dana Buchman for Kohls.I couldn’t head out east without wearing my favorite Michael Kors gold link watch…it’s a bracelet and watch all mixed into one…what more can a gal ask for?Places and moments like these are why I love Long Island (it’s definitely a love/hate relationship). I love going out east and the big open spaces, laid back vibe and of course great picture taking locations 😉 When you want to escape the hustle and bustle of NYC…Long Island comes in handy. Happy Monday Loves! What a weekend! I went grape stomping for the first time ever…inspired by ‘I Love Lucy’ ;), did some fun outfit shoots with new fall looks and began prepping for the Posh Party on Poshmark I will be hosting tomorrow (two of the pieces I’m wearing in today’s post are actually for sale on Poshmark!) My top is an oldie but a goodie from the Prabal Gurung for Target collab a year ago…what can I say I love the fun print and colors for fall! I also had to add my mirrored aviators because in my mind they will never get old. My black distressed skinny jeans are from Pink Basis {item #1 listed on Posh 😉 } I love these jeans because of the distressed design which is so great for fall…they just happened to be a little too long on me…I’m a shortie at 5’4! Nothing brings out the color of this shirt better than a red bag…especially from my favorite handbag designer Rebecca Minkoff. I love this red ‘Mini Mac’ bag for nights out or day trips! One of my favorite shots from today’s look…I have moments where I feel sexy 😉 Isn’t that the whole point of fashion? To feel comfortable and confident in your own skin?
