POLKA DOT LOVER…Yup, that’s me! National Polka Dot Day is January 22nd and when I think polka dots, I think DISNEY so I had to round up my favorite Disney polka dot merch that you’ll want to rock even when you aren’t at the park! Personally I love wearing polka dots, especially because anytime I wear them it makes me feel a sense of magic like I am actually at Disney hehe so here’s a roundup of my favorite polka dot Disney pieces ♥
Spooky Season is in full swing and ICYMI I recently headed to Walt Disney World a few weeks ago to check out all the Halloween decor, snacks, merch + more! A key part of my trip was shooting some fun Halloween outfits with a touch of Disney magic and that’s exactly what I did! From fun tulle to Halloween tees to festive Minnie Ears + more, I loved the looks I put together and I thought you would too! Whether you are heading to WDW to experience Halloween at Disney for yourself or if you are simply staying home watching Hocus Pocus, here are some fun Disney Style Halloween looks you will love to wear!
TOMORROWLAND HALLOWEEN OUTFIT
I love this skirt because it has a bit of tulle and a fun trim…Paired with the right accessories it is a great skirt to wear year round (Halloween + beyond). This Mickey Mouse belt is from Buckledown products and has become one of my favorites as of late because you can wear it with so many different outfits!
I love this double-sided Shop Harvey’s Bag (sold out) because one side is Mickey and one side is Minnie. I also LOVE this orange lightweight skirt pair with this black denim jacket from REVOLVE. I love mixing fashion forward pieces with some Disney accents for a really trendy look!
I love a tulle moment + this orange tulle skirt didn’t disappoint! I was able to take photos wearing it in front of the castle + got lucky with barely any people there, it was such a dream shoot!
This is such a comfy cozy look and perfect for the Halloween season! This orange skater skirt is great for a day trip at the parks especially paired with a spooky DisneyStyle tee!
I’m back to reality this week after spending a magical week in Orlando at Disney World to kick off the fall season as part of #DisneyCreators! I had the amazing opportunity to hang with other influencers + experience everything new for Halloween at Walt Disney World Resort from new merchandise to tasty treats to spooky decor + more. There were so many favorites so here’s a few Halloween highlights I wanted to share with y’all!
THE DECORATIONS
One of my favorite parts of Halloween at Disney World are the festive decorations. Nothing makes me happier than seeing Mickey pumpkins line Main Street and this year they are back in full force along with fall leaves and adorable signage.
CHARACTER MOMENTS
Since there are no character meet + greets currently at Disney World as part of their safety guidelines for COVID, there are fun character cavalcades that go around the parks at various times throughout the day. I loved the Halloween ones at Magic Kingdom like the one with Winnie the Pooh and friends dressed up in Halloween costumes or the Nightmare Before Christmas float complete with spooky music from the movie + more! This was one of my favorite parts of Magic Kingdom to keep the spooky spirit alive and well.
MERCHANDISE
You know I love stocking up on new Disney merch and the new goodies didn’t disappoint from Spirit Jerseys to Popcorn buckets to Ears to Plushes, Decor + more…I love all the spooky must haves and definitely stocked up on a ton from ShopDisney and from WDW!
Villain Clue was a must have + I couldn’t wait to buy it and I can’t wait to play it!
THE FOOD
OK, other than stocking up on merch you know one of my favorite things to enjoy during Halloween at Disney World are the yummy treats! From desserts to drinks to savory snacks + more, Disney never disappoints when it comes to the food! One of my favs? The Pumpkin Spice Milkshake – how cute is it?
I also LOVED the Pumpkin Spiced Waffle Sundae + Orange and Black Sugar Churros. Honestly all the food is way to yummy! Full food roundup on the Disney Parks Blog!
While there are more safety precautions in place this time around, it didn’t make the experience any less magical, in fact smaller crowds, more opportunities for photos + short lines for rides + food! It was pretty magical if you ask me!
P.S. I made it to the Disney Parks Blog if you want to check it out HERE!
ICYMI I am heading to Walt Disney World tomorrow to kick off the fall season + experience all of the fun Halloween decor + treats at the parks! Naturally that means I have been prepping for my trip by stocking up on some of my Halloween favorites with a twist of Disney Style. I am loving all of the great picks from ShopDisney + the Disney parks whether it’s ears, apparel, games, decor + more…I love Disney and I love Disney during Halloween so I figured I’d round up some of my favorite picks with you all to embrace the spooky season.
4th of July is just around the corner and what I love about the 4th of July is what I also love about going to Disney…the FIREWORKS! I’m not sure if many fireworks shows will be happening this year with the COVID pandemic and unfortunately we can’t see them at the Disney Parks but I’ll still be adding some magic to America’s Birthday with a little dash of Disney!
Let’s breakdown what I’m wearing since a lot of these Disney finds were ones I had to go on the hunt for. This red mini sequin Loungefly backpack I scored on clearance from ShopDisney (it’s not sold out there but the full size one is still available), you can find the mini one on eBay.
My Disney sneakers are actually from Primark in the UK so typically if I am looking for out of the country Disney finds I score them on eBay since you can find sellers all over the world and some unique finds.
My Disney USA Tee is a Target find (still available online + in stores) and my skirt is from Amazon where I buy all my skater skirts! They are so easy to style for various occasions and I always love wearing them to the parks with fun tees.
I also got these Mickey + Minnie Americana plushes from ShopDisney a few months ago that just added to the 4th of July festivities!
