I took a break from reality TV tonight (and if you aren’t caught up, by tonight I mean last night since I write my posts the night before they are published…I like to be confusing…it’s my specialty…just ask the guys I go on dates with that remain befuddled after it’s over haha :p). Anyway, I managed to get myself away from Bravo for a night and am writing this post while watching a marathon of ‘Big Bang Theory‘ which without fail always has me laughing…Sheldon Cooper never ceases to amuse me 🙂 What else amazes me? The fact that I am actually able to wear leopard print without feeling like I look like Snooki (Jersey Shore version…now I love her…#fitspiration). This look also includes one of my spring time essentials…ripped skinny jeans!

TGIF Loves! What a week…between starting bartending classes, working on new blog projects and prepping for a busy weekend in NYC (I’m attending Simply Stylist and a blogger brunch!), I have been swamped! Did you know how many different types of shots there are? Because trust me…I sure as
hell didn’t know there were shots named ‘Girl Scout Cookie’ or ‘China White’ but I’m learning slowly but surely…when I called to register for the course, I told the instructor I rarely drink (rare for a 22 year old I know) his response? Don’t worry my classes will drive you to drink…lol…quite the sense of humor let me tell ya!Today’s Lord & Taylor look is one that you can wear to the bar, club or just out to dinner…whatever your Friday night adventure is…this look is sure to turn heads. I am never one to shy away from showing a little leg, so this white quilted mini skirt is not just comfortable but also sexy for a night out.
Once again rocking my Kendra Scott druszy ring…the perfect jewel to wear to make a statement any time!
I am obsessed with this black faux leather top, also from Lord & Taylor. It’s sexy, stylish and super comfortable…a win/win for all!
Now to break down my lower half…my nude chain crossbody bag is from Coach, but I found a similar bag from Tory Burch (I also found a similar bag from Vince Camuto on sale at Bloomingdales here).
I love an oversized gold cuff to add a little something to any outfit. I’m not sure who makes this cuff or even where I got it…that’s what happens when your wardrobe can no longer even fit in your room…oops (insert monkey emoji covering it’s eyes here). My nude open toe booties are actually from the Simply Vera Vera Wang collection at Kohls…unfortunately they are from over a year ago and are no longer available, so I found a similar style from Chinese Laundry here.
My necklaces are both from Nordstrom…similar styles I found are here (star necklace) & here (skull necklace) & my mirrored aviators are here (get them on sale this weekend at Bloomingdales).
Now I’m off to go learn some more cocktails and a little flair 😉 Wish me luck…I’m a total clutz…I really picked a fun adventure to begin didn’t I!

Happy Tuesday Lovers! Today I am the lady in the red…wearing Vince Camuto of course! I’m OBSESSED with this red wool coat for fall from Lord & Taylor. When I saw it in the store I fell in LOVE…like heart racing, butterfly kind of love…can you see why?
It’s cozy, comfortable and eye catching…the perfect piece to turn heads this fall! A great coat is always essential for fall and this one takes the cake. As you all know, I love a pop of color and this baby does the trick!
Let me flash ya all…under this great coat I’m rocking a black chiffon cami dress from Nordstrom. I love the fit and how it can be dressed up or down for any occasion…got to love a LBD!
On a side note, the inside of this red coat is leopard print pattern…can you say AMAZINGGG!
My taupe suede clutch is a clearance find from Last Call Neiman Marcus. A simple clutch is always a must, especially in a neutral hue that can be worn from season to season like taupe.
Mirrored aviators once again…sorry not sorry. These babies are great to match with red, orange or yellow shades because of the warm mirrored tints.
My black bedazzled T strap pumps are from Nine West, but I found a similar style from Michael Kors here. I love these pumps because they aren’t just full of glitz and glam…but they are also comfortable…bonus!
I definitely plan on wearing this coat into Manhattan for all of my press previews this week…the Big Apple needs a little extra red don’t ya think? 😉

Happy Wednesday Loves! Sharing a new fall look today with brand new nude lace up booties and a fabulous maroon skater skirt from Pink Basis! You guys know how much I love showing a little leg, but with this outfit it’s an easy summer to fall transition look…the weather in NYC isn’t quite cool enough to begin layering but it also isn’t nearly 100 degrees like the heat wave currently happening in LA, so what is a gal to do? Wear this look 😉 Duh!
I love this maroon skater skirt…maroon is becoming my favorite hue for fall! I paired it with an embroidered ivory peplum top from Kohls (similar available from Forever 21) and I am ready to head off for a day filled with appointments.
I am obsessed with this beige studded tote from Last Call Neiman Marcus…unfortunately it already sold out! (Can you see why? It looks identical to the Valentino Rockstud Tote) I found a similar tote…minus the studs from Fossil at Nordstrom!
These booties are everything…comfortable, stylish and totally on point in regards to fall footwear trends. I think nude booties are going to be my signature shoe for the season.
Had to layer a little bling with this look…of course some white on white action. A white triangle necklace matches with everything and adds a statement to any look.
I don’t know about you, but this week has already exhausted me and it is only Wednesday…I’ve been working on some exciting new projects and have been updating my Poshmark closet…have your checked it out? If you haven’t you should, I’m selling everything from designer to everyday casual…Looks For Less in the palm of you hand 😉

Happy Wednesday Loves! I couldn’t wait to share this look with you A) because I am OBSESSED with this red leather skirt and B) because it is a great ‘fall ready’ look…get it ‘red’y…ready…yea I amuse myself at times 😉
Anyways, I think I may wear this look for this week / weekend’s NYFW festivities…best part? It’s all affordable…true Missy fashion! My red leather skirt is from Lord & Taylor…I love the fit, color and shape. Perfect for the office or any occasion for that matter, you can’t go wrong with a classy skirt, especially one that pops!
My white crop top is from J Lo for Kohls…crazy right? I love the fit because it doesn’t look like a crop top, sometimes they can be a bit scandalous, but this one is chic and even office appropriate. I also wanted to add a little extra red to my ensemble with this rose and stud necklace.
Rebecca Minkoff always gets me…especially with this classic quilted ‘Affair’ bag. Definitely one of my go to pieces for Fashion Week!
I’m going to miss my neon pink nail polish…I love it so much but today I am finally getting a fall manicure. Any suggestions?!
Once again rocking the black suede pumps from Steve Madden…when you find a fashion staple, you will wear it constantly! (These beauties have lasted me years!)
