Happy Tuesday Lovers! I am writing this post at midnight while watching my favorite late night talk show…Watch What Happens Live hosted by my ever favorite Andy Cohen (P.S. his new book is out now & would make a perfect holiday gift for the Housewives lover in your life..hint-hint get it here) OK now back to the basics…how I rocked a bomber jacket take 1. I spotted this bomber jacket (from Old Navy…no longer available) a few weeks ago and wasn’t sure if it was truly me…I know absolutely nothing about sports…rarely rock sports related apparel and it reminded me of something out of a Justin Bieber music video (circa ‘Baby’ with Ludacris). But I discovered how to style it…with a classic white faux leather skirt and black crop top.As if the white skirt and crop top didn’t make this bomber jacket girly enough add a killer pair of heeled booties…maybe like these Altuzarra for Target booties that I am currently selling on Poshmark here.My bag is an essential for every gal…Rebecca Minkoff ‘Mini Mac’ Bag. I have it in a variety of colors but black is always a classic…it matches with absolutely everything and is the ideal going out back or even an easy one to carry when running errands. On a side note…In addition to obsessing over how I actually made a bomber jacket girly and how to have it do ~~absolutely nothing~~ with ~~sports~~, I am super excited for the premiere of Lisa Edelstein’s new show on Bravo (hey I told you I was watching WWHL while writing this…) ‘Girlfriend’s Guide To Divorce’! Pretty sure “Go Find Yourself” while become the newest craze…I love the clips I’ve seen and I can’t wait to see how the story unfolds!P.S. I hope you had a productive weekend of shopping…I know I definitely did. Happy Wednesday Loves! Time to share another fun outfit shoot from out east! These photos were taken out at Martha Clara Vineyards on Long Island and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out 🙂 Sarah’s photographer did wonders what can I say! My black crop top and my white moto vest are both from the Jennifer Lopez for Kohls collection (I love great steals don’t you?). My layered necklaces are from Nordstrom…I love a simple horizontal bar necklace to layer with any piece and of course my star necklace which has been a favorite of my for a while now 🙂 While I am not a big drinker, I like heading out east to wine country simply for the atmosphere, like I mentioned in yesterday’s post, sometimes you just need to get away from the stress of everyday life! My gray tulle skirt is also from Kohls…but this time from LC By Lauren Conrad. I love all of her pieces…they fit my style perfectly. My nude ankle strap heels are actually from Payless but I found similar ones from Michael Antonio. My python clutch and gold link watch are both Michael Kors…I like quality I suppose haha plus he is always on trend. Simple accessories for a simple look 🙂

Happy Monday Loves! I’m posting a little later than usual because my schedule has been absolutely insane due to Fashion Week. I shared my NYFW Diary Part 1 with you over the weekend and now I’m breaking down my look from my day 1 festivities which included brunches, parties and fashion shows…every fashionistas dream…minus the running around in heels all day part…my poor feet will definitely deserve a massage at the end of this! My striped skirt which so many of you liked in my last post is from Target! Yes…Target! I fell in love with it the moment I spotted it and it was a big hit amongst my blogger friends at fashion week 🙂 My black cropped top is from the J Lo collection at Kohls and is on clearance for $12…now that’s my kind of deal! My rose necklace was a last minute Nordstrom find but I found a similar one here. My black open toe booties are from Nine West and are super comfortable…I was able to last from 11:00am – 8:00pm in them…now that’s a miracle in my eyes! My black quilted bag is of course the Rebecca Minkoff Affair Bag…has room for all my Fashion Week gear including my charger, almonds, make up etc. I had a busy day yesterday which I can’t wait to share with you guys as well and I am off to a few events later today and tomorrow so make sure to stay tuned and follow @MissyOnMadison on instagram for up to the minute coverage 🙂 Shop My Look <3

TGIF Loves! In addition to sharing this look which I am thinking I will wear tomorrow to my #NYFW events…which will be starting with two, yes two brunches tomorrow and I will be running around the Big Apple till 11pm tomorrow night…I’m exhausted just thinking about it!

With all the chaos happening this week and next week I think I need a vacation…which brings me to the next reason I chose this look for today’s post…it’s part of #MyCosmoStyle challenge in which I am joining forces with Vegas.com & The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas to share a great day to night transition look…something I can rock for Vegas Strip shopping, conferences at the Convention Center and of course for nightlife at The Cosmopolitan! I would never think to transition a tweed skirt and a chic black blazer from day to night, but with the proper top underneath, you are in business. For a day look simply wear a fully covering cami or blouse…but for a sexy night out at Marquee Nightclub or even a fancy dinner at STK, swap out the conservative top for a black crop top like this one that shows a little skin…they don’t call it ‘Sin City’ for nothing 😉 My black boyfriend blazer is from LC By Lauren Conrad for Kohls…my favorite line of blazers…the fit is amazing! My tweed mini skirt was a Target clearance find from a year ago but I found similar ones at Banana Republic and Bloomingdales. Now for the low down on the bling. My monogram necklace is from BaubleBar…timeless, classic and always brought with me when I travel, it goes with everything! I love my star bangle and nail bracelet…just the right amount of sparkle and edge that can be worn during the day or at night! My bag? Rebecca Minkoff black studded Affair Bag! It’s a great day to night transition…has room for all your essentials and can double as a cross body or as a shoulder bag with the adjustable chain straps.My black open toe booties are from Nine West. I LOVE them…sexy for day festivities or night out excursions…plus they are super comfortable! Now that I have all the proper pieces, it’s time to plan my next trip to Vegas 😉 Who’s with me?!
