Pampered At Parfaire…

Last weekend I had a full on day of pampering at Parfaire Medical Aesthetics in Pasadena (because what better way to spend the weekend than with a little self love at the spa? :p) I have always been an avid believer in treating yourself, taking time to recharge + relax and to keep a healthy skincare routine going. My struggle? Having enough time to do all of that! Between work, blogging, events + travel, making time for pampering + recharging can be a challenge (do ya feel me?)…

I don’t know about you but with another birthday just around the corner and another year older, something I am fully committed to this year is taking care of my skin + making sure I am using the right products to do so. Let me give you some back story, I have been going to my favorite facial lady for almost a year now (if you are LA based it’s Beauty Mermaid Skin Spa in Pasadena) and every time I went, she would use these great smelling + feeling products throughout the treatment that I became obsessed with! I don’t know about you but with Valentine’s Day quickly approaching + plenty of events to go to with award season in full swing in LA, one of my go-to hairstyles time + time again is voluminous, shiny, healthy hair! To save money I tend to do my hair myself and over time from working in hair salons while I was in college and testing out numerous haircare products through blogging, I found my go-to products that help me achieve the hairstyles I love for any occasion AND a lot of them are from Big Sexy Hair.
