TGIF! I’m excited for the Labor Day weekend, but I’m also sad that summer is coming to an end (don’t worry, my summer looks will be transitioning to fall…what can I say, I love showing some skin!). I love this chambray look for a laid back and relaxing weekend filled with trips to the beach, BBQs and of course…shopping the fabulous Labor Day Weekend sales (I’ll be sharing my shopping list tomorrow!) Happy Thursday Loves! I’m getting ready for fall with this ‘Black & White’ ensemble. I love their pieces because they are simple, timeless and extra comfy! Something else I love? I love this hue for year round…don’t hesitate to wear certain colors just because it’s ‘out of season’ make it work with the proper ensemble!My bag? Of course it’s from Rebecca Minkoff…we know I’m a bit obsessed…what can I say when I find a designer I love I stick with them! It’s called the ‘Mini MAB Tote‘ and while I’m holding it has a little accessory in these photos, it also comes with a leather strap to wear it as a cross body…perfect for a night out! Alright, Alright, Alright…Happy Monday Loves! If you couldn’t figure it out by the beginning of this post, my look today is 70’s inspired and figured I’d share some of my favorite lines from one of my favorite movies as well…Dazed & Confused!Nothing screams retro 70’s like bell bottom jeans…I got these Juicy Couture wide leg beauties when I was in high school and they still fit…isn’t that amazing? I kind of love when that happens! ‘That’s what I love about them high school girls, man. I get older, they stay the same age.’ (Another Dazed & Confused quote from sir Matthew McConaughey) My houndstooth halter top is from ASOS. I’ve been dying to style it for a day time look…normally I pair it with a black bandage skirt for a night of dancing, and when I dug out my wide leg jeans I thought…PERFECT! My bag is the Rebecca Minkoff ‘Affair Bag’ from Neiman Marcus Last Call…never pay full price 😉 These black suede and wooden wedges which my mom calls ‘Buffalo Sandals’ are from Payless!
