Happy Weekend Loves! Whether it’s family gatherings, weekend getaways or simply a doctors appointment, I can never keep my agenda together without physically writing down my plans for each day! Call me old school, but sometimes iCal simply doesn’t beat an old fashion pen and paper…while my new Graphic Image Datebook is far from old fashion (tell me the personalized ‘Missy’ at the bottom and the brilliant blue hue doesn’t scream professional and stylish) it does bring back feelings of nostalgia of writing my homework in my agenda at school…guess some things never change huh?

I’m a firm believer in ‘visualizing’ what I need to do…meaning if I personally hand write my goals, to do lists etc they are more likely to get accomplished as opposed to waiting for the last minute Pop Up on my phone which 9 times out of 10 I dismiss without reading…oops!

If you couldn’t already tell, I am swooning over blue for summer, that’s why my mirrored aviators are tinted blue, my iPad Mini case is blue and my Graphic Image Pocket Date Book is blue {don’t worry it comes in a variety of colors if blue isn’t your color}. Graphic Image has the perfect products to keep you on track…the best part? They come in great quality leather, fun colors and can be personalized however you like. My current favorite? The Little Black Book…not sure what I may need it for, but I feel something juicy must be written in it 😉

Happy Sunday! One of my favorite ways to spend Sunday Funday is with a little cyber retail therapy (My closet loves it…my bank account, not so much). Anyways, what better way to get some opinions on pieces I’m lusting after than to share them with you! {Click through above to shop the pieces or share them !}

I’m obsessed with the Isola heels from Zappos (I have a feeling those will be an impulse purchase…oops) and I can’t stop staring at that ‘Too Cool For School‘ swimsuit from Net A Porter…I mean come on, tell me that baby isn’t instagram worthy haha!

On a side note, I feel like my blogger friends and I are constantly saying when we go on weekend outfit shoots or little adventures, ‘That’s totally instagram material’…makes me once again realize the importance of social media. While some may hate that people think this way, it’s reality. Perception and first impressions are everything…even when it comes to your instagram feed. What a person posts in a way says a lot about them…in addition what you wear speaks volumes as well, that’s why I will forever be online shopping whether people judge me or not…#SorryNotSorry 😉

Happy Thursday Loves! Last week I had the pleasure of visiting the Kas New York showroom in Manhattan and naturally I played a little dress up! When I spotted this amazing multi-print dress I fell in LOVE! Umm can you see why? It’s the perfect piece for summer! I got to play a little dress up and head over by the water in NYC to show off this fabulous piece…and I can say I definitely felt as glamorous as ever…I never wanted to take it off!Kas New York pieces {including this gorgeous dress} are sold at a few places you fashionistas may be familiar with in addition to their own site. Zappos & Anthropologie are just two of the top retailers who have a thing for the colorful designs, fun prints and fresh patterns that designer Kirat S. Anand {creator of Kas New York} is all about! I was able to meet Anand and love his dedication to his amazing brand!You know I have a love for all things bright and colorful, that’s why Kas is my new go to designer when I’m in search of the perfect statement making piece!
