♥Happy October 3rd♥

It’s October 3rd…AND…it’s Wednesday, so we all know what that means – time for PINK!

In case you aren’t familiar with my reference, one of my favorite movies is Mean Girls and on Wednesday’s they wear PINK! Also, there is a little exchange between leading lady Lindsay Lohan + her crush where he asks what day it is and she says ‘It’s October 3rd‘ :p Sooo to celebrate the special day I am rocking some pink of my own! I love wearing pink anytime, so today is just an ordinary day for me hehe

I am beyond obsessed with this Eloquii pink maxi dress. When I spotted it I thought it was more summer than fall but style it with the right accessories + you are good to go!

While the dress is sheer, it does come with a slip to wear underneath (I am so grateful for this because so many times I order a dress, it comes sheer + then I have to go find the right slip to style with it). It is flattering, great to style for a casual Sunday brunch with your gals or dress it up to wear for a wedding or ever date night with a bold belt like this Gucci pearl one + some simple heels.

I have never tried Eloquii before but after scoring this beauty that fits me like a glove, I am officially hooked. Great quality pieces that fit curvy gals just the right way, while being on trend!

I am loving this Gucci belt, well worth the investment. It instantly dresses up any look + is so gorgeous. Wear it to the office or out with your boo, either way you are sure to make a statement!

This bag is the newest addition to my handbag collection. I got it last weekend in Vegas. I spotted it, obsessed over it + luckily my boo was amazing enough to get it for me. Ain’t she a beauty?! If you are into unboxing videos, check out mine here ♥

I have been lusting after these Stuart Weitzman Nudistong Heels for YEARS + decided it was finally time to happen take the plunge + buy them. They are even more amazing than I originally imagined. They fit great, are comfy + look perfect on.

They come in a variety of colors, but I love the nude ones to match with everything + I love that a nude shoe helps elongate your legs for a sexy look.

On Wednesday’s We Wear Pink!

Spring is in the air! Flowers are blooming, birds are singing…oh and by the way, it’s still cold in NYC! What the hell! In order for me to try and forget that there was actually snow at the beginning of the week I am once again embracing color! Now if you read the title of this post and didn’t right away giggle I’m sorry to say but you must be living under a rock :p I had to pay homage to one of my favorite movies of all time in which the color ‘Pink‘ was the center of attention: Mean Girls!

One of my favorite lines from the movie other than ‘Is butter a carb?‘ is ‘On Wednesday’s we wear pink.’ That is a rule I can totally oblige by because if you haven’t noticed, I’m not one to shy away from color and this outfit exemplifies just that 🙂

In addition to paying homage to my fav Miss Regina George, I felt it was only suiting to bring a little sunshine to the blog since today I’m off to California for some fashion excursions and fun in the sun with my lovely friend Kristi of ‘Currently Crushing‘, she has a slight color obsession as well 😉

I honestly can’t wait to leave New York for a few days and I’m so excited to meet fellow bloggers who are style obsessed like myself at Lucky Fabb West 2014 in Beverly Hills! What What 😉

I’m even thinking this look will end up being a ‘must have’ in cali…pink sandals and pink pants? What can be better…right? 🙂
