It’s 11pm and I am cracking up watching ‘Southern Charm‘ on Bravo (my guilty pleasure) as I am writing this post…If you haven’t watched it, I highly recommend it…it’s some high quality television (ok not really but it is pretty funny and I am thinking a southern man may be the type of guy I should be going after haha). Speaking of class and southern charm…today’s outfit post is a little outfit inspo for the spring of what to wear to the office. The second the temperature heats up in NYC it’s hard to dress both comfortably and appropriate (it’s a constant struggle…I want to show up in denim shorts and a tee but kinda can’t do that…ugh!) but today’s look accomplishes both :p

There’s nothing I love more than dressing comfy and cozy on the weekends…especially Sunday. When I’m not shooting upcoming outfit posts I love just wearing an oversized top, some skinnies and booties…basically this ensemble 😉 ‘Sunday Cool’ is named after these cute genuine leather Coolway Shoes booties that got sent to me recently. They are comfortable, unique and have a little latin flavor (they are made in Spain but repped in Cali).
I love discovering new brands and especially new shoes 😉 What gal doesn’t like that surprise in the mail! Anyways I digress…back to the rest of my Sunday casual look…After purchasing this gray cowl neck top from Old Navy months ago I have been on the hunt for other similar tops because I think the style is the perfect winter go to for work or play. I found two similar gray cowl neck tops: here (Nordstrom) + here (Urban Outfitters). These Old Navy skinny jeans are my favorite. They fit my figure perfectly and hug my curves in all the right places 😉 That’s always a win in my book! (that’s the only win I care about on Sunday’s…sorry Football fans!)This scarf was shown earlier in the week as part of my ‘Top 20 Winter Scarves‘ roundup. This black plaid flannel scarf is an easy piece to layer over any look and keep ya warm…scarves have become my obsession lately despite the fact I hate winter (did I just admit that…yes, NY you heard me I hate winter weather!)My bag has a cute little story behind it so I will give you the short cliff notes version. My first job began at the age of 14 and I was a concessionist at a local movie theater (which to date was one of my favorite jobs ever…it started my love affair with movie theater popcorn). I started working there the summer before I began high school and I already had the ‘designer handbag’ bug…so naturally I couldn’t go to my first day of freshman year without a new bag…and while all of the girls on Long Island were having their obsession with Coach, Prada and Kate Spade bags…I decided to fall for Dior…which led me to buying this beauty.I already shared my shoe details at the beginning of the post but here is the link to check out all of their styles and find where you can snag them at a store near you: Coolway Shoes! Similar gray booties options: here (poshmark) + here (Zappos)Now I am off to the movies to get my popcorn on (pretty sad that that is the highlight of my weekend…but hey movies + popcorn is my little slice of heaven…next to shopping of course!)| Click To Shop My Look |

Happy Monday Loves! I know the old saying goes no white after labor day but when the lovely team at Shop Mieux sent me these gorgeous nude studded heels from Zara and my nude chiffon cami, I right away thought…white and nude go hand in hand…so an outfit was born! Shop Mieux is an online boutique which sells gently used designer goods for a fraction of the retail price…making brands that seemed a bit out of reach totally affordable. In addition, Shop Mieux has a new feature where ladies can send in their gently used clothes, shoes, accessories and jewelry and get cash right away…it takes the pain out of selling your goods online! Now to break down my look. My white blazer is from LC By Lauren Conrad…I found a similar one from Chicwish here. My white skinny jeans are the classic rockstar style from Old Navy…I am slightly obsessed with the fit of all of Old Navy’s jeans! My nude chiffon cami is from Shop Mieux but I found a similar one from MissGuided…that’s the thing about ShopMieux…you have to get the pieces while they are hot since there is only one of them! You snooze, you loose!I had to rock my signature Rebecca Minkoff Affair bag to add another simple hue to this ensemble along with a little bling…studs on the bag and gems on the heels…what else does a gal need. My shoes are once again from Shop Mieux but I found similar nude platform heels (minus the sparkle) from TopShop…which I’m honestly contemplating buying as well…because they are different right?!My bling was a little gift from SINN Style in NYC which in a way is like Shop Mieux except they deal with high end luxury items…think Hermes, Brian Atwood and Chanel for a fraction of the retail cost! In addition to their consignment business, SINN Style launched their own jewelry line of rings, earrings, bracelets etc and I am in LOVE with all of their pieces.Shop My Look<3
