     Happy Monday ♥ I am definitely having a case of the Monday Blues today…I spent this past weekend in Palm Springs to kick off my birthday week (I can’t believe I am turning 25 on Friday…a quarter of a century old…it’s all down hill from here right? :p) JK…have to look at the bright side, with older age comes wisdom, better style + class and elegance that takes years to achieve.

    Anyways…while I am still 24, I love to sport casual cozy looks like this one with my winter signature essentials…a blanket scarf + OTK boots! I love when comfort + style intersect and with these boots and this scarf, that’s exactly what happens!


    Don’t you just love when sunshine is beaming down on you and you are warm and toasty in your outfit? I sure do!

    I can’t get enough of blanket scarves! (I did a whole roundup of my favorites HERE)

    A great scarf steals the show so it is easy to pair with skinny jeans, a lightweight camisole + a long duster cardigan (like this ONE).



    These OTK boots are currently on sale from Target + are really comfortable for all day wear. (I put them to the test for ya haha)

     Happy Tuesday Loves! ♥ Sorry I’ve been MIA recently…between work + trying to get back my pep in my step from a little funk I’ve been in, I needed some time to myself and that meant a little break from blogging. Sometimes checking out + taking a little time to re-evaluate and compose yourself is totally necessary. Now I feel refreshed + better than ever! I am in the process of teaching myself how to use all of the amazing features Lightroom has to offer (this is definitely an on-going project…there is simply so much to learn) plus testing out some fun presets from Dreamy Presets (I mean how could they not be awesome when they were created by a blogger?!).

    Anyways…now that I am feeling like myself again, time to break down this great fall look that I have already been living in this season. Ever since moving to LA, I have begun a love affair with Uniqlo. It’s my current go-to for simple pieces that can be dressed up or down AND the best part is that they are great quality but for an affordable price…that is my absolute FAVORITE!

    One of my favorite pieces from them is this chiffon bell sleeve blouse (I love it so much I got it in multiple colors, no joke…when you find something you love…buy it in bulk…that’s my new motto haha :p)

    I paired it with a great pair of medium wash skinny jeans from Target. They have really been stepping up their denim game + their styles fit me perfectly! The best part? Target.com often times has online exclusive promos for clothing + accessories…meaning you will rarely pay full price for them 😉





    My newest fall shoe + accessory obsessions are right here! I have always loved bags from GiGi NY, so when they let me pick a piece from their fall line to style for the season, I got so excited! What I love about GiGi NY (other than their amazing bags) is the fact that they are headquartered + manufactured on my hometown on Long Island! Every time I wear one of their bags it reminds me of home 🙂 Sounds corny, but I love supporting brands originating from where I am from + the fact that they support me + my dreams! GiGi NY’s team always makes me smile ♥

    In addition to finding the perfect fall bag, I found a great pair of shoes that I have been styling with jeans, dresses + beyond. I love a good peep toe shoe, and these tan booties are comfortable enough to wear to the office then out to happy hour without a simple complaint!

    Happy Friday! I am excited for another great weekend ahead! I will be getting some good R+R plus I am hosting a fun fashion event at Marmi Shoes in El Segundo!     Anyways, one thing I love about the weekends is catching up on the rest and ‘me‘ time I so desperately crave during the week. This is my casual gear…and here is my new favorite tea (in case you weren’t aware, I am a total tea lover)!     I never was one for Boho Chic style to be completely honest. I find myself to be more of a preppy girly girl or ‘Charlotte York’ inspired sophisticate…but when in LA, it is practically mandatory to have one or two ‘go to‘ Boho Chic ensembles and this happens to be one of them 😉 When the temperature heats up and exploring begins…desert vibes and ‘golden hour’ (referring to the best time to take outdoor photos) make great times for new outfit inspo (who would have thought I would enjoy boho style past Coachella haha :p)
