I hope ya’ll had a great weekend! ICYMI – I did a fun shopping guide post yesterday rounding up some of my favorite sunnies to rock year round (the best trends, various price points + more). I also spent the weekend shooting some new looks I will be rocking well into fall…like this bright number from Simply Be! Pairing yellow + black gave me instant bumble bee vibes, and honestly? I am ALL about it!

I always love a fun pop of color so when I found this dress retailing for under $60 I knew I had to have it. First off, it fits like a glove + the color makes it a great statement look for any occasion. Whether you are heading out for date night or you are off to some back to back meetings, this dress is a great way to brighten up your wardrobe!

I paired it with a Gucci belt to add a little dimension + show off my waist. This Gucci belt was a great investment I made recently since it matches with everything, is affordable when it comes to designer accessories + it is high quality leather.

My bag is my go-to classic Chanel. I bought it in Paris and haven’t found it in the US but linked to a similar style here.

I love this bag + this was well worth the investment. You will never regret a Chanel. They retain value + are always in style.

When it comes to my heels, black ankle strap heels are a must-have for every gal’s wardrobe. Style them up or down, either way, they are a signature piece for everyone.

Happy Friday ya’ll!

I hope you all have a fun weekend ahead! My boo + I are heading to San Diego for a baseball game + some relaxation…and you know I already researched for all the fun colored walls + murals to shoot outfits in front of 😉 hehe While we are there, I fully intend on having a romantic date night + that means I need a cute date night look that will also keep me cool with the hot temps this weekend. My solution? This blue halter dress from Venus! I am always up for a bold pop of color + the halter style fits me perfectly so when I found this dress, I was IN…hook, line + sinker!

This dress is lightweight, flowy + fits perfectly for any occasion. While I LOVE a bold cobalt blue, this dress is also available in red + black. Honestly, I love this dress so much I think I need to buy it in the other colors as well haha :p

My fun flamingo print straw tote is also from Venus. It is a great little go-to for beachy or tropical destinations, and when I wear it I instantly feel like I am on vacation! It retails for under $30 + is a total essential for every gal’s wardrobe.

As for my shoes, I went with this fun pink ankle strap heel to match the pink of the flamingo’s on my purse. What gal doesn’t love a good pink shoe…am I right?!

I hope ya’ll are having a fun weekend so far! I kicked mine off yesterday with the Beachwaver team in Huntington Beach for the US Open of Surfing + it was a BLAST! First off I LOVE the Beachwaver, so to meet the team was amazing + then it was my first time to Huntington Beach, let alone to a surfing competition, safe to say it was a pretty fun Fri-yay! The rest of my weekend is going to be spent shooting content – life of a blogger haha :p But to kick off the weekend I wanted to share one of my favorite summer looks as of late, this Palm Print Dress from Kas New York!

I LIVE for a brightly colored dress with a fun print + this Kas New York dress fits the bill perfectly! I love the palm leaf print + tropical vibe, it’s the ultimate summer dress. While I dressed it up here with heels, I wear it all the time with sandals…whether it’s to the beach or brunch, this dress is perfect to where anytime, anywhere!

My go to shoes for summer have been these white ankle strap heels. They are classy, sassy + match with everything…plus these ones are pretty comfortable.

The Cult Gaia Ark Bag has been a hot trend for a second year in a row now so I had to get one. Honestly this bag has so much room + adds a vacation feel to any look.

I don’t know about you but I love finding great styles on a budget, especially designer finds like designer shoes or bags or even trending styles that you don’t want to break the bank for. eBay has become my one stop destination for all things summer fashion, giving me more money in my pocket for fun things like travel, dining out + more!

I hope ya’ll had a great weekend! I spent mine BBQing, shooting new outfits + relaxing with my boo. We have been so busy with furnishing our place, shooting campaigns + traveling, sometimes a weekend of rest + relaxation is much needed. You know what else helps me rewind? Blogging! hehe :p Obvious I know but I love sharing style inspo with you guys, especially when it’s head to toe affordable like this look!

This dress + these shoes are under $100…and both make such great essentials to have in your summer wardrobe!

My dress is from Skies Are Blue Clothing. I tend to size up with shift dresses since I like them to be a bit loose rather than constricting, plus I always opt for bigger then dry it a few times in the wash to get the desired fit 😉

What I love about Skies Are Blue Clothing is that they sell online from their site as well as other well known retailers like Nordstrom, Dillard’s etc. Their pieces are always on trend, stylish, amazing quality AND a great price. All pieces typically range from $20 – $60 that is something I LOVE since I change my clothes as often as I change my mood hehe :p

My shoes are also a steal of a deal hehe They are from J Adams Shoes + this style in particular retails for under $50 AND comes in a variety of colors. This ankle strap sandal style is my favorite for summer so you know I will be stocking up on this shoe in every color to match all my summer outfits.

My bag is from Cambridge Satchel. I LOVE their bags because they have great colors + styles PLUS all of their bags are great for work or play. They fit your laptop and all of your work essentials PLUS with their colorful styles like this one, they make for the perfect ‘Pop Of Color‘ to brighten up any look.
