    ♥ Fairytale Moments ♥

    Ever since I was a little girl I always loved getting dressed up, taking pictures + dreaming of a fabulous NYC adventure. While I live in LA now a few things still remain the same, I love taking pictures, I love dressing up AND I still love going back to NYC to shoot my Carrie Bradshaw esq moments. This Carrie moment was shot at the New York Public Library, a library so beautiful it actually makes me want to read haha :p

    Anytime I want to live my best Carrie Bradshaw life I include a tulle skirt. For some reason a tulle skirt just makes me feel like Carrie so I stocked up and ordered this skirt from Amazon in EVERY color it comes in…I’ve styled it so many ways for so many different occasions but this shoot is by far one of my favorites.

    I paired this tulle skirt with an off the shoulder bodysuit, another key item in my wardrobe that I have in every color because when I find something I love, I buy it in every color!

    I love bodysuits because they suck everything in and are super flattering when paired with the right pieces, for me it is A Line fit + flare skirts.

    I love adding some nice accessories to the look so I paired the look with one of my signature Gucci belts. I love this belt so much that I bought it in every color it comes in to match every ensemble.

    For shoes I paired the look with pumps that make a statement, cobalt blue pumps! I wear these all the time because they just brighten up any look.

    ✨ Ready to PARTY ✨

    Christmas is just 2 days away + that means NYE is around the corner! While we aren’t going out or partying hard, we are going to ring in the new year in style at home with family + friends which is excuse enough for me to dress up and stand out with a little sparkle + shine….so where is a gal to go to find the best pieces to show up to the NYE party in style? REVOLVE of course!

    I shot two different NYE looks both from REVOLVE…

    First up is this chic House Of Harlow outfit! I am OBSESSED with this off the shoulder dress that is gold with silver star print. It is lightweight, flattering + is perfect for a night out. I paired it with a simple white Gucci belt – I highly recommend investing in some Gucci Belts as they really elevate any look – I got them in every color because I love them so much!

    These metallic gold shoes are also from House Of Harlow + I LOVE them! They are super comfortable and also come in different colors. I love these to style with jeans and a sweater well past NYE as well!

    I jumped on the ‘micro‘ bag trend (sorry not sorry) + while I saw tons of cute styles out there I fell in LOVE with this Tory Burch style because it reminded me of a mini Birkin Bag (forever dreaming of Hermes so this is my next best option till I score one!) It comes in a variety of colors so you can rock the micro trend with any look!

    Now for Look 2…

    Manolo Blahnik Hangisi Pumps || Lovers + Friends Wrap Dress || White Chanel Bag

    This silver metallic sparkle dress is from Lovers + Friends via REVOLVE. I love the wrap style and tie waist…it’s super flattering and comfortable + is so girly + fun for any NYE party. It’s great for a night out or even a night in for a party with friends + family.

    I styled this dress with a classic White Chanel Bag – perfect winter accessory + my new Manolo Blahnik Hangisi Pumps. I have been eyeing up these Manolo pumps ever since I Mr. Big proposed to Carrie with them in the Sex and The City movie. They have been my dream shoe + when I was able to score them 25% off during Friends + Family at Neiman Marcus I almost died…my inner Carrie is coming to life!

    Oh how time flies…I can’t believe Christmas is just a week away! Decorations are up, presents are wrapped, groceries have been bought + I am ready for a relaxing and festive week with family to lead into an exciting 2020.!

    Whether you are keeping the holidays low key or going all out, this is one of my favorite times of year to reflect on everything that happened over the past year and think ahead to what will make the next year to come even better.

    One of my favorite parts of the holiday season is the festive apparel…green and red will forever be my favorite holiday color scheme + every time I put it on I instantly feel holiday cheer! 

    It’s funny usually the holidays seem more magical and festive when you are a kid as opposed to being an adult but over the past few years, the holidays have always been magical for my boyfriend and I. We are super into decorating, venturing out to see local Christmas lights + shows, seeing Disneyland decorated for the holidays + watching every holiday cooking show Hulu has to offer haha :p

    One of the parts I love most about the holidays is the time to be close to family and enjoy traditions. Something I learned over the years is that those moments occasionally change as you enter different stages of your life. The holidays with my family were nice but the holidays with my boyfriend are even more joyous and we create our own traditions that we can’t wait to pass down to our family one day…crazy to think but it’s what makes the holidays even more exciting!

    What To Wear For Thanksgiving…

    Time truly flies when you are having fun! I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is just weeks away so I am getting ready for the holiday by stocking up on all the goodies I’ll be cooking, pies I’ll be baking + of course the fall cozy looks I will be wearing. Whether you are heading Thanksgiving dinner with family or a gathering of friends for Friendsgiving, these outfit options are perfect for whatever your Thanksgiving plans are!
