Happy Wednesday Loves! I couldn’t wait to share this look with you A) because I am OBSESSED with this red leather skirt and B) because it is a great ‘fall ready’ look…get it ‘red’y…ready…yea I amuse myself at times 😉 Anyways, I think I may wear this look for this week / weekend’s NYFW festivities…best part? It’s all affordable…true Missy fashion! My red leather skirt is from Lord & Taylor…I love the fit, color and shape. Perfect for the office or any occasion for that matter, you can’t go wrong with a classy skirt, especially one that pops! My white crop top is from J Lo for Kohls…crazy right? I love the fit because it doesn’t look like a crop top, sometimes they can be a bit scandalous, but this one is chic and even office appropriate. I also wanted to add a little extra red to my ensemble with this rose and stud necklace. Rebecca Minkoff always gets me…especially with this classic quilted ‘Affair’ bag. Definitely one of my go to pieces for Fashion Week! I’m going to miss my neon pink nail polish…I love it so much but today I am finally getting a fall manicure. Any suggestions?! Once again rocking the black suede pumps from Steve Madden…when you find a fashion staple, you will wear it constantly! (These beauties have lasted me years!) Shop My Look<3

Happy Friday Loves! I got a special little package the other day from Lysse and I couldn’t wait to style this top…yes ladies and gents this ‘white dress’ is actually the Lysse Cold Shoulder Top with Inner Control Tank. I decided to be adventurous and order it in a larger size so I can rock it as a dress AND as a top…versatility…that’s the best thing to incorporate into your closet 🙂 My necklace is from Sparkle Republic Jewelry and I’d say it definitely sparkles 😉 One of the things I love about blogging? Getting to try out new brands and showcase them on my site! My shoes are from…drum roll please…Payless! I love nude strappy sandals! They are gorgeous for every occasion and nude elongates your legs! My neon satchel is from Steve Madden, while it’s no longer available, I found a similar one from Michael Kors! Sorry but I love my mirrored aviators…definitely wearing them year round and I’m convinced I look bad a** with them 😉 Or at least I’d like to think so! I hope you all have a fabulous weekend…I’m not quite sure what I have planned yet, but I am attending a night of comedy later tonight at my client’s bar & grill ‘Light House On The Runway‘…will you guys do me a favor? Happy Thursday loves! So this past outfit shoot I decided to listen to the advice of my friends and fellow bloggers and try some photos without sunglasses…just me and the eyes to my sole haha…not really but you get my point. Anyways…Holy Chic, I’m a bit obsessed with this tee from Old Navy, especially because it is on sale now for $10! I love a ‘Look For Less’! Although I opted for a ‘Black & White’ look with my black Forever 21 skater skirt with leather trim and black Steve Madden pumps, I had to add a little extra something…NEON! I found this BCBG neon clutch at Last Call Neiman Marcus (similar available here) and I fell in love!I also wanted to add a little snazz with this rose necklace. Fun Fact…my middle name is rose, a rose for Melissa Rose 🙂 On a side note, I began free lancing for this amazing site called Toovia…has all my favorite things wrapped into one…style, fashion, food, music…you name it they got it…including amazing shopping! Happy Throwback Thursday Loves! I’m sharing another fab look from my trip to the Hamptons a few weeks ago…this neon Charlotte Russe shift dress, Rebecca Minkoff Affair Bag & my forever favorite Steve Madden Espadrille Wedges!If you are a Kardashian fan you will love to hear this…1) This photo was taken right in front of the Dash Pop-Up Shop in Southampton & 2) While I was shooting outfits in the village of Southampton, Kim, Kourtney, Kris & Khloe were having lunch, literally around the block from their pop-up shop…pretty awesome no? I knew it had to be them when I spotted guys with huge cameras everywhere…too bad they weren’t there to shoot me 😉 I love this neon dress. It’s simply gorgeous…while Charlotte Russe no longer has this exact dress I found a similar one from Dolce Vita at Zappos! My bag is from the fabulous Rebecca Minkoff…a cognac bag with neon trim? Count me in Rebecca 😉 In love with the ‘Affair’ bag! My wedges were a #FabFound find from Marshalls years ago. I love beige wedges for spring and summer…they are timeless and match with everything! That’s a win win in my book! I found a similar pair from Jildor by the fab Jimmy Choo (and they are on Sale!!)Every outfit…even neon requires some fab bling! Happy Friday Loves and Happy August 1st! I can’t believe it’s August already…i feel as though the summer has been flying by so fast so I need to make sure I get my fair share of neon summer looks in on the blog…including this one! A little fun fact about me…My favorite color is purple…so I absolutely love this ASOS purple cami. While this top was purchased months ago and is no longer available, I did find a very similar one from Revolve Clothing that I may actually order myself…who said you can’t have similar tops from different brands? If you find something that suits you stick with it! My light wash jeans are from Nordstrom…they have the absolute best jeans! These juniors jeans fit me great and I love how I can easily cuff them up for a casual laid back vibe!I love anything nude…yea kinda sounds a tad inappropriate but oh well, I’m referring to nude bags, shoes etc. First of nude shoes are a summer essential, especially espadrille wedges like these. They are the go to summer shoe for every fashionista. Dress them up or dress them down…they are always in style and on trend. In addition to my love for nude shoes, I also have another slight obsession…NEON! Cambridge Satchel totally got me when they unleashed all their neon satchels. Pretty, functional and adds an instant pop of color to any outfit.As if the brightness of the bag wasn’t enough, I had to add even more color with my frosted jelly link bracelet from BaubleBar and my Candles & Confetti pink and purple bangles (how gorgeous are they? The packaging was even better…they literally came with confetti!) You know it wouldn’t be a summer time fine look without my favorite mirrored aviators! (Seriously obsessed with the shot below…my brother did a fabulous job with photos this week…my prayers have been answered!)This is the perfect weekend outfit. Wear it during the day with the girls and then later at night for date night…well fitting jeans, nude wedges and a pop of color is my go to summer look 🙂 Shop My Look Below <3
