Happy Weekend Loves! Summer in New York means one thing…head out east! Now luckily I don’t have to venture far to be near the water because I live on Long Island not in Manhattan as many of you may know…It’s always something I struggled with because 1. I love the beauty, space, beaches and lakes you get on Long Island but 2. I love the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and hate commuting…so it’s always a debate, stay on LI or move to Manhattan, luckily I have some time to decided…joy of being in your early 20’s I suppose 🙂 
One thing I can definitely say I love about Long Island is the amazing views in Centerport. This little town has great restaurants, shops and helloooo this fabulous lake. Felt it was only suiting to show off this fab piece from Funky Flair Boutique here 🙂 I love a little pop of color, especially this pretty pink and crochet top that allows a little cold shoulder action…in a good way of course 🙂 
As always, accessories make the outfit! These pieces are both oldies but goodies! I got the gorgeous statement necklace from H&M 2 years ago on sale…yes I always head straight for the sale racks, don’t judge 😉 The white cross body bag is from the fabulous Badgley Mischka and was a Saks Off 5th find.
Nude strappy sandals are a MUST for summer. I’m obsessed with these babies. They match with absolutely everything! Not to mention I think they look great on every foot! 
And like always, I love my mirrored aviators, they just add a little ‘pop’ to every outfit! This is such an easy look, perfect for a Sunday in the park…which is exactly when I wore it 😉
