4th of July is just around the corner and what I love about the 4th of July is what I also love about going to Disney…the FIREWORKS! I’m not sure if many fireworks shows will be happening this year with the COVID pandemic and unfortunately we can’t see them at the Disney Parks but I’ll still be adding some magic to America’s Birthday with a little dash of Disney!
Let’s breakdown what I’m wearing since a lot of these Disney finds were ones I had to go on the hunt for. This red mini sequin Loungefly backpack I scored on clearance from ShopDisney (it’s not sold out there but the full size one is still available), you can find the mini one on eBay.
My Disney sneakers are actually from Primark in the UK so typically if I am looking for out of the country Disney finds I score them on eBay since you can find sellers all over the world and some unique finds.
My Disney USA Tee is a Target find (still available online + in stores) and my skirt is from Amazon where I buy all my skater skirts! They are so easy to style for various occasions and I always love wearing them to the parks with fun tees.
I also got these Mickey + Minnie Americana plushes from ShopDisney a few months ago that just added to the 4th of July festivities!
Valentine’s Day is upon us + that means plenty of hearts, love, flowers + of course…chocolate! My boo + I celebrated Valentine’s Day early in Florida to avoid busy crowds + fixed menus at restaurants (I highlight recommend that if you want a romantic night without crowds + hiked up prices etc). One thing I am currently loving is this outfit I put together to shoot in front of the famous Culver City Love Wall – one of my favorite mural walls in LA!
I don’t think there is anything for ‘Valentine’s Day‘ than red + hearts so I think I got my fill with this look.
I am all about sweater weather…but especially this time of year because it is time for Holiday Sweaters! You know…the ugly ones you were forced to wear as a kid by your parents + now you want to wear them since it’s trendy :p See everything makes a comeback ya’ll 😉 Anyways…I am loving the whole Ugly Christmas trend – ICYMI my roundup is HERE.
While I love funky sweaters, this one I found isn’t actually all that ugly – if you ask me I look like a present haha The gift that keeps on giving :p Watchya think?
Styling a Christmas Sweater doesn’t have to be plain jane. More + more I keep seeing gals styling them in a fun, fresh way so I styled this little beauty with a classic red skater skirt (a great investment for the holiday season…you can style this skirt so many ways! Definitely a must-have!).
I also paired the look with a classic pair of red pumps – also great for any occasion. They are a great way to add a fun pop of color to your look without having to over do it. I linked to some similar styles below:
Will you be embracing the Holiday Sweater Trend? ♥
I hope ya’ll are having a great week so far! We are in full on Holiday mode over here but that isn’t stopping me from sharing a ‘Back To School‘ inspired look as my BF likes to call it :p I am a huge fan of the varsity sweater trend so when I received this Ralph Lauren sweater in the mail from Gwynnie Bee, I knew I was going to give off all those school girl vibes!
I am LOVING this sweater for fall into winter. Not only is it super on trend right now, it is also really cozy + is great to dress up like I did here with a skater skirt + heels or you can dress it down with sneakers or boots + a great pair of jeans…styling options are endless!
I never considered myself much of a ‘prepster‘ but with this look…I just might 😉
This sweater is another reason why I love Gwynnie Bee. I never would have discovered this beauty if it weren’t for the awesome Gwynnie Bee service. Simply sign up + you can rent clothes on a monthly basis – discover new brands, trends + more for a fraction of the price!
Girly moments are my favorite moments…nothing makes me smile more than a great pair of heels (especially ones like these that are a perfect ‘Pop Of Color‘) + a chic bag.
I think every gal should invest in a few pairs of bold heels. They instantly dress up any look + are a great way to incorporate color into your wardrobe if you tend to stick to neutrals all the time.
