Friday can never come soon enough…after an exhausting work week I am fully ready to enjoy the weekend! This week has been insane for me because my car was in the shop since Monday getting repaired for it to go back from it’s lease tomorrow (RIP ‘Yup JR’). For those of you who haven’t seen my license plate, it reads Yup Jr…almost everyone asks me what it stands for so here is the scoop…

My dad is a big car guy and loves vanity license plates (who doesn’t like to make a statement…even when it comes to their car right? :p) so one of his vehicles has the license plate ‘Yup‘ so naturally I became ‘Yup Jr‘…why did he name his truck Yup? Well for any of you who are familiar with Dodge and their vehicles here it goes :: There was a commercial back in 2006 where a Challenger + a Charger pull up to a red light and the guy in the Charger asks the guy in the Challenger “Does that thing have a Hemi (engine)?” and the guy in the Challenger simply responds “YUP”….and bam…Yup was born…along with Yup JR. Well this weekend Yup Jr is going into ~~retirement~~ and being replaced with a brand new baby…You will just have to follow me on SnapChat :: MissyOnMadison to see what I get next 😉

I took a break from reality TV tonight (and if you aren’t caught up, by tonight I mean last night since I write my posts the night before they are published…I like to be confusing…it’s my specialty…just ask the guys I go on dates with that remain befuddled after it’s over haha :p). Anyway, I managed to get myself away from Bravo for a night and am writing this post while watching a marathon of ‘Big Bang Theory‘ which without ~~fail~~ always has me laughing…Sheldon Cooper never ceases to amuse me 🙂 What else amazes me? The fact that I am actually able to wear leopard print without feeling like I look like Snooki (Jersey Shore version…now I love her…#fitspiration). This look also includes one of my spring time essentials…ripped skinny jeans!

Another week has flown by…I can’t believe it is almost the end of January…and that my trip to Disney is just days away (yes I keep talking about it because I am SO EXCITED to see Mickey, Minnie + the gang!). A little fun fact about me? I am a kid at heart…I love amusement parks, roller coasters, animated movies and of course child like food (popcorn, chicken fingers and macaroni and cheese are my obsessions…if only I could live on an island with those foods…I’d be set for life lol!)…so it’s no surprise that I am beyond thrilled to head back to Disney…I haven’t been there since I was 14 years old so it is truly about damn time I go back!Speaking of being a kid at heart…I can’t help but have a thing for easy, simple outfits that keep me warm and cozy on chilly winter days! I have been having a love affair with faux fur vests for a while now, but decided it was time to cheat on them with this new shearling coat (which is beyond snuggly and warm btw). Since Friday’s in my mind are meant to be casual I had to rock some comfy skinny jeans like these.

To keep things simple I opted for a nice horizontal bar necklace that is a delicate and easy piece to layer for any occasion and of course some ‘Cat Eye’ inspired sunnies from J Crew (I actually snagged them on clearance for $12!)

One of my casual ‘go to’ bags is my Louis Vuitton Speedy Bag. It’s an easy transition from day to night which is the ideal bag for any Friday! And now to my favorite part of today’s look…my casual leopard print slip on sneakers because like a kid…I like to wear fun new sneakers! hehe
