Happy Monday Lovers! I had quite a busy weekend filled with outfit shoots, Long Island adventures and some fun new blog concepts…but I think I should run some of them by you guys to see what you think…but first let’s break down this little look I’m rocking today. Gingham is a great print for fall…especially when it’s affordable like this button down top from Target. My top and pale pink skirt are both Target Style finds…now that’s guilt free shopping! What I love about gingham is that you can dress it up or dress it down depending on the occasion…I love it layered with jeans for a casual look or for a more dressed up look, simply pair it with a light weight skirt like I did here. My monogrammed clutch is from GiGi NY and it comes it countless hues and is a great going out back that adds a pop of color to any ensemble. Pale pink pumps?…Umm yes! These beauties are from NYLA…unfortunately they are a bit too small on me so you can actually score these straight from my Poshmark closet for a fraction of the actual retail cost. Once again rocking my Kendra Scott druszy ring…I think I am slightly obsessed…oops! Now to share my idea with you guys…it seems that the wave of the future or rather now is being a video ~~vixen~~ (not in THAT way…) but rather stepping in front of the camera and chatting away rather than just taking pretty pictures. So after some talking with my brother aka my photographer we came up with an idea of doing an ongoing video series to accompany my blog…what do you guys think? Are videos the way to go? What kind of videos would you like to see?! Happy Monday Loves! Today’s ‘Parisian Chic’ look is inspired from…Paris Fashion Week! It is in full swing and while I am definitely inspired from the fabulous runway shows…something else I am currently obsessed with? The impecible street style that is flooding my instagram feed, so I decided…while I may not be in attendance, I can certainly play the part right? My ‘Ooh La La’ sweater and floppy fall hat are both from Old Navy…no one said Parisian Chic can’t be cheap 😉 I LOVE this hat for fall…I am not typically a hat person but I fell head over heels for this one because it fits me perfectly and reminds me of something Rachel Zoe may wear. My black lace up heels are from my friends at NYLA! They are stunning for any occasion, super comfortable and I am loving the style…they are actually available in my Poshmark closet because they fit me a little off and I had to get a different size…my loss is your gain 😉 Want to score these babies 15% off? TGIF! I’m excited for the Labor Day weekend, but I’m also sad that summer is coming to an end (don’t worry, my summer looks will be transitioning to fall…what can I say, I love showing some skin!). I love this chambray look for a laid back and relaxing weekend filled with trips to the beach, BBQs and of course…shopping the fabulous Labor Day Weekend sales (I’ll be sharing my shopping list tomorrow!) It’s called the ‘Mini MAB Tote‘ and while I’m holding it has a little accessory in these photos, it also comes with a leather strap to wear it as a cross body…perfect for a night out!
