     Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend – I sure did (lots of lounging and much needed rest after a busy week and I have a full week ahead…including a charity gala, dinner with one of my favorite PR gals + a trip to the…you guessed it ‘Museum Of Ice Cream‘)! Safe to say there’s lots happening…one thing coming up I am taking time to prep for is Mother’s Day! Mother’s Day is just TWO weeks away – Sunday May 14th.

    Whether you are planning on treating your mom to a lovely brunch, dinner or getaway, a card + a little gift is something that is always guaranteed to put a smile on any moms face! My mom has always been a fan of perfume and lotion sets (probably since everything else she likes is wayyy out of my budget haha) but my grandma loves candles and jewelry…So I rounded up some of my favorite gifts I have seen currently available at Nordstrom, Saks Off Fifth, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor + more!

    It is hard to find the perfect gift for someone that has given you life + so much more, but these little gifts may just do the trick 😉

    It’s just days away…Mother’s Day! So the other day I shared a few gift ideas to make your mom smile…no matter what she is into, and today I share what to wear for Mother’s Day brunch, lunch or dinner (why Mother’s Day always centers around a springy meal I don’t know, but I do know 9 times out of 10 a white dress is appropriate!)

    I just wore this white dress a week ago on the blog (#SorryNotSorry) but I honestly can’t get enough of it AND it is perfect for any spring special occasion. To really make it pop…I incorporated hints of neon because nothing brightens up a special day likes bright yellow and lime hues right?

    Move over LBD a new dress trend is in town for the spring…cue the LWD aka Little White Dress! Although I love wearing white year round, with spring comes plenty of special occasions like graduations, Mother’s Day, prom, banquets, weddings and more that all call for a nice simple dress that you can hopefully get more than one day’s wear out of. That was always my challenge. I needed a dress to wear for so many different occasions but I didn’t want it to be so dressy that I could only wear it once or twice. Well with this season’s ‘Little White Dress’ trend…there are plenty of options that can be re-worn year round!
