ICYMI – I have a slight obsession with Red Dress Boutique! From adorable dresses to chic tops to stylish heels, accessories + more, Red Dress has become my go-to for all of my fashionable pieces I wear for work + play. I can’t get over how affordable their styles are + they make the color lover in me beyond happy! Since summer is here + that means time to switch up your wardrobe, I am rounding up my current favs from Red Dress Boutique below!
I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was filled with photoshoots as per usual 😛 Life of a blogger…photos all day, everyday! Anyways…I know we may be falling for fall at the moment, but I still have plenty of summer looks I haven’t shared yet + since it was actually 95 degrees where I live in LA over the weekend, I felt this look was appropriate to spread some sunshine everywhere. Who doesn’t like to brighten things up heading into a new work week, right?
I LOVE this matching set from AMI Clubwear. The stretchy material makes it super comfortable to wear throughout the day + you can dress it up with heels or down with sandals…either way it is a total must have! They only have a few sizes available of this set left so I linked to some similar styles below as well.
Honestly, I feel like you can even style this look for the fall, just layer a cozy cardigan over it + some booties!
I will be styling this Cult Gaia Bag well into fall because honestly, why not. Isn’t it super cute to wear year round?
My cork ankle strap heels have been my go-to since last fall. They are comfortable, match with everything + are a staple for every fashionista!
Even though it is only a 4 day work week, this week has been jam packed, making me crave summer pool days + BBQ hehe :p Since I am still in a summer state-of-mind I decided to share a fun look back at one of my easy breezy summer looks (pre-weight loss) that I will wear well into the fall. Whoever said you can’t wear white after Labor Day has it all wrong if you ask me hehe :p
I have always loved wearing white year round. While I know black makes you appear slimmer + is easier to style, I find white to be crisp, clean + classy (unless you are messy from time to time like me haha then it’s not always a classy moment).
I love a simple white dress + I lived in this one from Shop Dress Up all season long. While this dress is no longer available on their site, I linked to some similar ruffle white dresses below!
Because I love white on white on white, I had to style this White Beachwood Handbag from Miss Lola with my look. I love this bag because it fits the Cult Gaia trend but retails for a fraction of the price (under $100).
I am beyond obsessed with these black espadrille wedges from Shop The Mint. You can style these wedges with jeans, dresses, skirts + more well into the fall (plus they are SUPER comfortable).
If you aren’t a wedge person, I highly recommend you reconsider 😉 Comfort + height in one shoe?! Count me in!
I am keeping today’s post short + sweet + straight to the point…White After Labor Day is most certainly a ‘thing‘!
I am finally starting to feel like myself again after having a major allergic reaction + then being sick for what felt like forever (ugh don’t you hate when that happens…) Anyways…I am back to feeling like myself again + more motivated than ever to create some fun content! I am super pumped to head to a fun (and colorful) event tomorrow with Oh Joy to celebrate her collaboration with Erin Condren (ICYMI she makes the cutest planners that I am OBSESSED with) AND I am planning out some cute looks to shoot this weekend! While I am still deciding on what to do for Memorial Day one thing is for sure…I will be spending plenty of time poolside!
Back to reality…and this look. I have been dying to try the whole shirt dress trend and was super excited to find this piece from Eshakti. What I love about Eshakti is that they customize clothes to fit YOU! Yea…like how celebs have pieces custom made, you can too – crazy I know :p I am loving how you can put in your measurements on their site + also make tweaks to styles they have (like raise the hem line etc)…it is a new twist on shopping that I am all about!
I styled this dress with these great color block sling back heels I scored on sale from Ivanka Trump. Don’t they look just like the Chanel ones? Total ‘look for less‘ moment right here! P.S. they are also super comfortable! Score!!!
How cute is this bag? I got it from Evve Milano + am loving the fun design!
It comes with a long strap to wear as a cross body in additional to the top handle + it zips all the way around, making room for all of the essentials you need!
My sunnies are Le Specs (honestly my favorite high end looking yet affordable sunglasses brand).
Valentine’s Day may be over but…love is still in the air if you ask me♥ I found this shoot I did at the ‘Love Wall’ in Culver City a year ago + decided it was about time to post it…ya know because why not 😉 That’s the part I love about living in LA, there are so many fun walls all over the city just waiting for the perfect insta snap to be taken in front of! Hey…it’s a blogger’s paradise! This wall was crazy busy the weeks leading up to Valentine’s Day for obvious reasons but what I also found was cute was that it wasn’t just bloggers taking photos. It was couples taking engagement photos, little kids having their parents take their photos making silly faces etc. It’s kinda cute how a colorful wall can bring joy to so many different people of all different walks of life…the love wall…spreads…L O V E!
Now back to my look…since yesterday’s post was a date night look in front of the Love Wall, I wanted to share a dress casual look for work today…you know, switch things up!
