Happy Tuesday Loves! I am super excited to share today’s look and photos with you because they were taken out on eastern Long Island near wine country {may be slightly more exciting if I actually acquired the taste of wine…but hey one day I may mature who knows 😉 }. Sarah and I ventured out east to take some unique photos…definitely different than my norm because we used her fabulous photographer William Thomas! He captured our fits of laughter, the times when Sarah busts my chops (which by the way is all the time) and even some great shots of our corny matching plaid button down tops from Charlotte Russe (similar available from Target). Sarah and I have become close since discovering each other via instagram…you know where all great friendships start 😉 We are also Posh addicts…as in Poshmark. Now to break down my look 🙂 The plaid top while it is a button down, I decided to tie it in the front southern style. I paired it with a black skater skirt, and nude Report Shoes booties which I scored on clearance at Marshalls…gotta love a ‘Fab Found’ find! I’m also wearing a leopard and black leather cross body bag from Dana Buchman for Kohls.I couldn’t head out east without wearing my favorite Michael Kors gold link watch…it’s a bracelet and watch all mixed into one…what more can a gal ask for?Places and moments like these are why I love Long Island (it’s definitely a love/hate relationship). I love going out east and the big open spaces, laid back vibe and of course great picture taking locations 😉 When you want to escape the hustle and bustle of NYC…Long Island comes in handy. Weekend Shopping List…

Happy Sunday! One of my favorite ways to spend Sunday Funday is with a little cyber retail therapy (My closet loves it…my bank account, not so much). Anyways, what better way to get some opinions on pieces I’m lusting after than to share them with you! {Click through above to shop the pieces or share them !}

I’m obsessed with the Isola heels from Zappos (I have a feeling those will be an impulse purchase…oops) and I can’t stop staring at that ‘Too Cool For School‘ swimsuit from Net A Porter…I mean come on, tell me that baby isn’t instagram worthy haha!

On a side note, I feel like my blogger friends and I are constantly saying when we go on weekend outfit shoots or little adventures, ‘That’s totally instagram material’…makes me once again realize the importance of social media. While some may hate that people think this way, it’s reality. Perception and first impressions are everything…even when it comes to your instagram feed. What a person posts in a way says a lot about them…in addition what you wear speaks volumes as well, that’s why I will forever be online shopping whether people judge me or not…#SorryNotSorry 😉

Happy Friday Loves! I decided to share the spotlight with a special little someone today, my King Charles Cavalier…Charlie! I love this little guy, he will forever be my prince charming <3 If you have a dog you know the eternal and unconditional love you have for them, Charlie has truly become a family member and is the highlight of everyones’ day…he makes even a rainy day bright & sunny! So it was only suiting that Charlie modeled these fab Sunglass Warehouse sunnies that were gifted to me because he is my ray of sunshine and also, what dog doesn’t look cute in sunglasses…like come on? I want to kiss him now just looking at these photos <3 By the way, Charlie is quite the social butterfly…my little sis runs his Instagram, Facebook & Twitter…if your a fan of King Charles Cavaliers and want a daily smile, follow him!Nothing screams ‘Summer Time Fine’ like the perfect accessories. As you know, my obsession with neon is a little unhealthy, so this Michael Kors hot pink tote, Cambridge Satchel neon bag and my TJ Maxx ‘Maxxinista’ find of this Steve Madden neon satchel, have me ready for summer day trips and nights by the beach! Sunglass Warehouse has me fully stocked on sunnies that are not simply stylish but also affordable! Most of their sunglasses retail for under $20! Now that’s what I’m talking about 🙂 Stock up now just in time for those 4th of July BBQ’s & Beach Days!

My Vegas Trip Photo Diary!

So as any of you who follow my Instagram may know, last week I went on my first ever trip to Las Vegas! First of all, it was my first time on an airplane since I was 5 so when I got to the airport not wearing socks and not thinking to weigh my luggage ahead of time, I was in for a few surprises haha!

I went to Vegas for work and not play unfortunately, the FFANY gals were there to work on our charity venture QVC Presents FFANY ‘Shoes On Sale’ by meeting new contacts and soliciting for donations! May I just say everything in Vegas is over the top and huge including the trade shows, you can walk forever in the different halls.

We even got to visit the Zappos headquarters…must say it was pretty awesome to see how they revolutionized downtown Las Vegas…all thanks to shoes and some other amazing items!

Naturally my favorite part of the trip was the weather. Palm trees everywhere, sunny skies and an opportunity for me to wear dresses and sandals! 🙂 It was quite the escape from the bitter polar vortex in NYC! We stayed at the Bellagio, which made for tons of photos. Whether it was the botanical garden, the lovely shops or the fountains and pools, I was snapping pictures everywhere!

Of course it wouldn’t have been a proper trip to Vegas without bringing home a little souvenier. While I left the snowglobes, pens and hats for my little sister, I opted to bring home a little something special…a new Tiffany and Co. bracelet I’ve been lusting after for a while.
