I don’t know about you, but when it comes to holiday’s (like Christmas, Thanksgiving + New Year’s) I am occasionally a last minute planner and prepper. So if you missed it, I provided a few outfit suggestions: ‘LBD for NYE‘, ‘Top 10 Dressing Guide For NYE‘ + ‘Sparkle // Sparkle‘ but today’s post is all about all the little essentials needed for your New Year’s Eve night and morning after 😉 I got you girl! These shots are sneak peek’s of what’s to come on the blog tomorrow…let’s just say there was glitter and sequins EVERYWHERE and I had a lot of fun shooting it 🙂 Plus I finally had an excuse to wear these Gucci Swavorski Crystal Heels…where better to wear them than to ring in the New Year!| Click To Shop My Party + Morning After Essentials Below |

Sequins, glitter and tons of sparkle…sounds like one of my favorite Holiday’s is right around the corner…New Year’s Eve! I already began sharing some of my go to outfits for the big night (if you missed yesterday’s LBD For NYE post be sure to check it out!). The shot shown above was taken yesterday during a fun NYE shoot…and let’s just say I left my mark…sequins everywhere!
One of the reasons I love New Year’s Eve is because I get to stand out and wear fun and flirty pieces that can’t necessarily be rocked during family affairs for Christmas or Hanukkah…so I have a roundup of my top 10 favorite pieces to snag ASAP before the ball drops 😉 Hope you all have a fabulous weekend + Be sure to take advantage of all the ‘After Christmas’ Sales happening now (I definitely snagged some amazing deals yesterday…two blouses and one pair of OTK boots at Nordstrom Rack…Hell Yea!)| Click To Shop |

Happy Friday Fashionistas! In addition to my love for fashion I have a slight obsession with all things colorful and ‘pretty’…one of them being cute stationary and writing materials. Nothing is cuter than jotting down notes and ‘Thank You’s’ with come brightly colored cards and notebooks! I love these items I spotted at Target (always on the ball <3) and I put together some of my favorites to share with you 🙂
What Time Is It MK?
Working in NYC I tend to get asked a lot, ‘Excuse me what time is it?’…Yes, hard to believe that in the age where we wear watches as a bracelet and have phones glued to our hands, that people still ask eachother what time it is but hey to each his own. Anyway, there is no better way to accessorize an outfit and keep on track during the day than with a watch that stands out and will never go out of style.
This brings me to why I LOVE Michael Kors watches. Besides the fact that I have a major style crush on Michael and think no one ever made jeans, a white tee and a black blazer look so good…I love that he caters to every type of woman. Meaning he has watches that are $150-$300 for the gal in high school, college, or a newbie to the working world, and then he has pieces that can cost upwards of $800…the choice is completely up to you. He makes versatile styles that can go with any outfit and the best part in my opinion is the quality.
I’m not going to lie, I happen to be guilty of owning a few Michael Kors watches myself…because like shoes, handbags and outfits…a fashionista always needs options. However something I will always love about a good watch is that it is timeless (haha had to throw that in there..time..timeless..oh it’s going to be a great day 🙂 ) Anyway, watches are a signature staple of every outfit and whichever you wear says a lot about you…whether it’s bedazzled, simple, pink, blue…that watch speaks wonders about your personality and when someone shakes your hand…it’s part of a first or last impress 😉 Choose Wisely!
Also! This is my first post using Polyvore and may I just say it is kinda amazing! Making collages with embedded links to shop direct…what a genius idea! <3

Blue, White & Sparkle!
I’m not afraid to admit it, I LOVE some sparkle…so tomorrow is one of my favorite days of the year…New Year’s Eve! One of the only days during the year that you can wear the most outrageous, sparkle filled outfits and no one can say excuse my French ‘Sh*t’ about it! So this outfit is breaking all fashion rules.
First off, no white after Labor Day can fly right out the window because I’m sorry but white is great for any time of year, especially New Years when all rules are meant to be broken. I paired chic white jeans with a simple black top…tied it together with a classic quilted bag….not in the regular black but in blue!
I’m somewhat obsessed with this blue bag because it’s so different…most people opt for a quilted bag in plain black, but this blue bag adds an instant pop of color to any outfit!
And in New Years tradition, you can’t forget to add some sparkle…and I did just that with these gorgeous, strappy Nine West glitter sandals!
I love this NYE option because it’s cute, comfy and actually keeps you semi warm walking around the Big Apple from place to place on the big night.
