Happy Thursday Loves! Sorry I have been MIA this week…I have been beyond swamped with work (but now I am hiring an assistant if anyone lives in LA and is interested in a social media job btw!), moving into my new apartment and balancing the never ending saga that is my life :p #TheStruggleIsReal I am writing this post at 1am when I should be sleeping but I couldn’t slack off on my blogging one more day so here it is! haha
This week has been stressful and I am already looking forward to this weekend (hopefully a lot of sleeping will occur haha) but here is a fresh new look perfect for spring, summer + honestly, just about any season or occasion 😉
A lot of the pieces I am wearing are oldies but goodies! To start, this gray floral skirt is from the Prabal Gurung for Target collection (similar skirt available here from Dillard’s), my fringe suede moto jacket is from PinkBlush.com but it is no longer available, so I found a similar one from Forever21!
I also used a simple white crop top underneath (like this one)…if you don’t already own a crop top like this one, I highly recommend it for skirts with a high waist so you don’t get bunching underneath like when you tuck a shirt in 🙂
And that right there…my silly pose :p Life is too short to take things so seriously (especially pictures :p right?)
Anyways…I didn’t wear mirrored sunnies for this look! (shocking I know) Instead I opted for black sunnies that have a little cat-eye shape, like these from Nordstrom.
I love the shoe and bag combo I did for this look♥ (don’t you just love when you make the perfect match…this is the closest I will get to ‘sole mates‘ hahaha) Anyways, my black t-strap pumps are an old style from Nine West but I found a similar pair from Betsey Johnson available at Macy’s. And my gray quilted satchel is from none other than my love Vera Bradley!
