Happy Monday Loves! Time to start a new week + kick butt with a bold attitude + fresh perspective♥ Every morning I look in the mirror, take a deep breath and start my morning routine. Before I wash my face, before I apply my moisturizer + makeup, before I do my hair…I take care of my pearly whites + my smile 🙂

 As I get older I realize that my oral hygiene routine is super important. Since getting a sparkling smile + avoiding any cavities or tooth issues is at the top of my ‘to-do-list’ I decided to share my morning oral hygiene routine starring my go-to mouthwash to keep my breath fresh + my mouth clean, LISTERINE® Total Care (from CVS)!

Now to break down my teeth cleaning routine for you all!

Step 1) I brush my teeth…pretty basic I know, but brushing my teeth is always number one! I tend to brush my teeth multiple times a day (always feels good to after every meal…plus it helps assure your breath smells fresh hehe)

Step 2) After brushing my teeth, I floss using these little flossers (also available at CVS). I keep a pack of these babies in my purse, my desk, my car etc. They always come in handy when it comes to getting those stubborn food bites out from in between my teeth after breakfast, lunch or a little snack :p
