Happy Wednesday! I am excited to be teaming up today with Coca-Cola + TRISCUIT to share a yummy snack perfect for game day that is easy to make in just seconds. Yup, you heard me…a delicious yet simple recipe that is sure to be a hit at your football Sunday gathering amongst all ages! I must say, being a ‘hostess with the mostess‘  ain’t easy. 9 times out of 10 it’s impossible to serve a dish or a snack that all of your guests love…but I think I may have found an exception! See how simple it is to create a snack that doesn’t require an extensive prep time + is yummy tummy.

Here Is What You Will Need To Pick Up At Your Local Kroger Store (I went to Ralphs):

*Coca-Cola Classic: 6 pack 1/2 liter bottles (this way everyone can have their own drink without worries of spilling when pouring or drinking)

*TRISCUIT Original

*Grape Tomatoes

*Fresh Mozzarella 

Step 1. Cut the grape tomatoes into thin slices (you can also vary them by making some slices thicker than others for those guests who may love tomatoes)

What’s great about grape tomatoes is they have that extra little crunch + even though they are small, they are still savory!

Step 2. Cut your fresh mozzarella into thin to medium slices (remember, you may also need to cut them into a smaller shapes depending what size + shape the mozzarella you purchased is in – The goal is to have the slice cover the TRISCUIT without falling off the edges)

Step 3. Place the slice of mozzarella onto the TRISCUIT + add a slice or two of grape tomatoes on top! 

If your guests like a little drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette, you can include that as well or even leave the bottle of dressing on the table near where the snacks are being served so guests can add their own extra flavor is need be.

This recipe is simple + is just like a Caprese salad or sandwich except in easy bite size form for any game day party!

Step 4. For a fun + decorative twist, you can pour the bottles of Coca-Cola into chic mason jars like the ones shown below!

These are a great way to add a little ‘extra something‘ to your game day gathering, plus with mason jars like these – the plastic straws that come with them, along with the secure tops make them ideal for avoiding any spills or accidents.

Who knew party planning can be so easy?! If a simple gal like myself can do this, you certainly can!
