    When it comes to travel style the key is to bring accessories that can be transitioned into a bunch of looks…a signature pair of sunnies, a chic watch (like this Michael Kors one) and simple clothing…like this black skater skirt that can be worn at the pool, to dinner, to brunch or the beach (did I mention how much I LOVE skater skirts? Because I am pretty much obsessed). And I love to wear wedges…especially nude ones that can match with absolutely everything (these will definitely be in my suitcase for spring break)!

    Playing In The Snow With Joules…

I am one who rarely wants to dress weather appropriate (for gods sake I refuse to wear any coat that actually closes….yes I am weird and hate constricting clothing #weirdo…I feel like I am always having hot flashes even though I am only 23…maybe i should get that checked out but I digress).

    I decided to get it together and embrace the snow with these Joules boots which are perfect for rain, sleet or snow (or if you are in NY a combination of all three). This past weekend has been a whirlwind of weather conditions…snow, rain then a warm sunny Sunday…and that’s what made this look possible…

I LOVE how feminine and girly they are since with me the girlier the better :p The bow on the back of these is the perfect touch! To add a little extra pop to the look I included my cobalt blue clutch (on Poshmark here), mirrored Ray Bans, black infinity scarf and of course my black floppy hat (which I had to keep holding onto my head while I was attempting to do a cute jump in the snow #epicfail).

Whether it’s family gatherings, weekend getaways or simply a doctors appointment, I can never keep my agenda together without physically writing down my plans for each day! Call me old school, but sometimes iCal simply doesn’t beat an old fashion pen and paper…while my new Graphic Image Datebook is far from old fashion (tell me the personalized ‘Missy’ at the bottom and the brilliant blue hue doesn’t scream professional and stylish) it does bring back feelings of nostalgia of writing my homework in my agenda at school…guess some things never change huh?

    I’m a firm believer in ‘visualizing’ what I need to do…meaning if I personally hand write my goals, to do lists etc they are more likely to get accomplished as opposed to waiting for the last minute Pop Up on my phone which 9 times out of 10 I dismiss without reading…oops!

    If you couldn’t already tell, I am swooning over blue for summer, that’s why my mirrored aviators are tinted blue, my iPad Mini case is blue and my Graphic Image Pocket Date Book is blue {don’t worry it comes in a variety of colors if blue isn’t your color}. Graphic Image has the perfect products to keep you on track…the best part? They come in great quality leather, fun colors and can be personalized however you like. My current favorite?
