Happy Wednesday Loves! Time to share another fun outfit shoot from out east! These photos were taken out at Martha Clara Vineyards on Long Island and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out 🙂 Sarah’s photographer did wonders what can I say! My black crop top and my white moto vest are both from the Jennifer Lopez for Kohls collection (I love great steals don’t you?). My layered necklaces are from Nordstrom…I love a simple horizontal bar necklace to layer with any piece and of course my star necklace which has been a favorite of my for a while now 🙂 While I am not a big drinker, I like heading out east to wine country simply for the atmosphere, like I mentioned in yesterday’s post, sometimes you just need to get away from the stress of everyday life! My gray tulle skirt is also from Kohls…but this time from LC By Lauren Conrad. I love all of her pieces…they fit my style perfectly. My nude ankle strap heels are actually from Payless but I found similar ones from Michael Antonio. My python clutch and gold link watch are both Michael Kors…I like quality I suppose haha plus he is always on trend. Simple accessories for a simple look 🙂

J’adore Friday…

Hello Lover…I’m having a Carrie Bradshaw moment today with this ‘Carrie-esq’ ‘J’adore’ look…if you are a Sex & The City fanatic like myself, you most likely remember that fabulous tulle skirt ensemble paired with a ‘J’adore Dior’ tee. While my tee may not be Dior, in my mind…I am Carrie. I borrowed this tulle skirt from my blogger gal pal Sarah…I saw it and right away envisioned Carrie aka SJP. I have always been a huge Sex & The City fanatic. I dream of being proposed to with a pair of Manolo’s and just having ‘a really big closet’…it may be a fantasy but hey a girl has to dream every now and again right? My clutch and shoes are both Michael Kors. I love the snakeskin print to add a little edge to this ultra girly look and of course I had to wear some pink bowed pumps to really make a statement and dress like Carrie. Unfortunately these beauties are no longer available but I found similar ones from Paris Hilton.My tee is far from Dior…it’s from Old Navy…so I am Carrie Bradshaw on a budget 😉 I also had to add a little bling with this pink and blue statement necklace!Now if you don’t mind, I’m off to plan some of my outfits for some weekend dress up 😉 Time for more outfit shoots and I am heading out to the vineyards Sunday to go grape stomping and make some wine…I don’t think Carrie would wear this to stomp grapes but hey who knows :p Shop My Look<3

Maroon Moment…

Happy Wednesday Loves! Sharing a new fall look today with brand new nude lace up booties and a fabulous maroon skater skirt from Pink Basis! You guys know how much I love showing a little leg, but with this outfit it’s an easy summer to fall transition look…the weather in NYC isn’t quite cool enough to begin layering but it also isn’t nearly 100 degrees like the heat wave currently happening in LA, so what is a gal to do? Wear this look 😉 Duh! I love this maroon skater skirt…maroon is becoming my favorite hue for fall! I paired it with an embroidered ivory peplum top from Kohls (similar available from Forever 21) and I am ready to head off for a day filled with appointments. I am obsessed with this beige studded tote from Last Call Neiman Marcus…unfortunately it already sold out! (Can you see why? It looks identical to the Valentino Rockstud Tote) I found a similar tote…minus the studs from Fossil at Nordstrom! These booties are everything…comfortable, stylish and totally on point in regards to fall footwear trends. I think nude booties are going to be my signature shoe for the season. Had to layer a little bling with this look…of course some white on white action. A white triangle necklace matches with everything and adds a statement to any look. I don’t know about you, but this week has already exhausted me and it is only Wednesday…I’ve been working on some exciting new projects and have been updating my Poshmark closet…have your checked it out? Casual Cardigan For Fall…

Happy Friday Loves! Finally time for a new outfit post and in true casual Friday fashion…I’m rocking a casual beginning of fall look 🙂 I’ve had this Old Navy beige cardigan for two years now and I absolutely love it! It’s comfy, matches with everything and in a way pulls any look together. While denim shorts scream summer (what can I say I really didn’t want summer to end), pairing them with a fall cardigan can transform it into the perfect September look. My white silk cami is from Top Shop, it’s my go to for nights out or just about any occasion because it’s simple, comfortable and always makes me feel sexy! I love this shot my brother got…he’s a creative one when he wants to be 🙂 These rope wedges are from Payless and are one of the most comfortable pairs of wedges I own. Sorry but this is my favorite bag pretty much…Rebecca Minkoff Affair bag…one of my NYFW go to’s 😉

My statement necklace is from Prima Donna…let me tell you it actually weighs a ton haha but I suppose the statement it makes is worth it. It is getting cooler in NY so I suppose I have to put the denim shorts away soon…I simply hate pants (no not in that way) but in general…I’m a skirts, shorts, dresses kind of gal! Shop My Look <3

The Striped Skirt…

Happy Monday Loves! I’m posting a little later than usual because my schedule has been absolutely insane due to Fashion Week. I shared my NYFW Diary Part 1 with you over the weekend and now I’m breaking down my look from my day 1 festivities which included brunches, parties and fashion shows…every fashionistas dream…minus the running around in heels all day part…my poor feet will definitely deserve a massage at the end of this! My striped skirt which so many of you liked in my last post is from Target! Yes…Target! I fell in love with it the moment I spotted it and it was a big hit amongst my blogger friends at fashion week 🙂 My black cropped top is from the J Lo collection at Kohls and is on clearance for $12…now that’s my kind of deal! My rose necklace was a last minute Nordstrom find but I found a similar one here. My black open toe booties are from Nine West and are super comfortable…I was able to last from 11:00am – 8:00pm in them…now that’s a miracle in my eyes! My black quilted bag is of course the Rebecca Minkoff Affair Bag…has room for all my Fashion Week gear including my charger, almonds, make up etc. I had a busy day yesterday which I can’t wait to share with you guys as well and I am off to a few events later today and tomorrow so make sure to stay tuned and follow @MissyOnMadison on instagram for up to the minute coverage 🙂 Shop My Look <3
