And this everyone is my happy place…Rodeo Drive…California’s version of 5th avenue with a lot less crowding and a beautiful temperature year round (I guess it’s safe to say I have yet to miss NYC huh? :p) I actually shot this before I was even fully living in LA. My little brother and I ventured around Rodeo one morning during our vacation a few weeks ago and I kinda forced him to shoot this outfit because yes…I wasn’t wearing ‘designer‘ on Rodeo but hey I think it still looked pretty damn cute!

Happy Monday Ya’ll! Sorry if I haven’t been writing as much the past two weeks but between my trip to LA a week ago and a new revelation that just came about, I have been overwhelmed, swamped and just needed a moment to breathe (you know you have totally had those kind of weeks :p).
Now that I got that out of the way, I wanted to pre-warn ya that today’s outfit post is far from typical. I won’t just be talking about what I am wearing because honestly the news I have to share is WAY more exciting…
Sincerely Sweet!
From the west coast to the east, I’m not the only fashion blogger that’s been doing a bit of traveling lately, one of my major blogger crushes ‘Sincerely Jules‘ has been keeping herself quite busy and I popped by two of her events to celebrate her success! 🙂
When I was in LA, Kristi and I headed to the Emporio Armani store in Beverly Hills to check out Jules’s top style picks for spring. Let me tell ya, white leather jackets are all the rage if you ask me and I’m sincerely obsessed and so was Kristi! I also have a thing for a simple yet chic t-shirt, something Jules is forecasting for spring with her new line of shirts at Piperlime!
Hollywood Happenings!
Sad to say, but I’m writing this post not staring out at a gorgeous view in sunny California but looking out at flowers blooming back in NYC. That’s the thing about vacations they happen, they are amazing and then they end…back to reality. What can ya do!
Kristi was such a great host when I was in LA and she made sure I saw all the ‘must see’ tourist attractions, which of course meant…heading to Hollywood! We stopped by the Hollywood Sign, the Hollywood Walk Of Fame and the legendary Chinese Theater!
LA Adventures Part I!
Hello from LA! Never did I think I’d get to say this, but I am writing this post from sunny California while staring out at the most amazing view I’ve ever seen. If you’ve been following my instagram you will see that this trip has truly been amazing thanks to my gracious host Kristi! She has kept me hustlin and bustlin all over LA with fun parties and events and I must say I’m lovin’ it!
I got to get a hair do inspired by the new Wendys ‘Salad Collection‘ (what is cooler than a hairstyle inspired by an Asian Cashew Chicken Salad?!). I had the pleasure of meeting Gilbert Chagoury, the fabulous designer of Chagoury Couture at their LA boutique. I attended a fabulous ‘Fashion For Breakfast’ brunch at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood, which happened to be across the street from SUR…making my morning complete!
