Crazy to think summer is quickly coming to an end + that means it’s time to ‘fall ahead’ hehe to fall! With changing seasons comes a change in your hair, skin + makeup routine to match your fall wardrobe + the weather. I wanted to round up some of my favorite go to products that get me through the summer into fall months + hopefully you’ll try them + love them too!

MAKEUP

I LOVE some darker hues for fall paired with my go to neutrals. Whether it is a bold lip, a smokey eye or even a darker nail color, it makes me feel fierce with a side of sass 😉 hehe One of my MUST have essentials for any bold fall makeup look is mink lashes. I am currently loving a few different pairs from Private Label Extensions, the Ella, Lola + the Eden. Their lashes are 100% Mink -100% Hand Crafted -Double and Triple Layered!

SKINCARE

Skincare is so important year round, but especially when temperatures change + things begin to cool down. You need to make sure your skin is hydrated + well taken care of. I have learned over the years, the better you treat the skin, the more it thanks you 😉 One of my skincare favorites is the Mario Badescu Green Tea Facial Spray. I bring this EVERYWHERE. I have a large bottle at home + then travel size ones on me at all times. Whether I am on vacation, running errands or working, a little spritz makes you feel instantly refreshed!

HAIRCARE

Last but not least, haircare! After sun + chlorine damage from summer adventures, fall is a great time to take care of your hair + restore it back to it’s glory (I personally love this hair mask from Living Proof). While over the summer I tend to wear my hair in a bun or natural, in the fall and winter I love to do it up + my go to styling tool is the Beachwaver S1! This curling iron does wonders..why? It has a motor so the iron moves + does the curling for you…it cuts down styling time by almost half + it is the only iron I use on my hair anymore!

Basketball + Football season are in full swing! This is IT :p (get it? IT…IT Cosmetics haha) Sorry haha just playing on words…but for real, I love trying new beauty products (especially from a brand I know and trust)…IT Cosmetics makes some of my favorite go-to beauty picks. From their amazing brushes I use for my foundation + concealer, to their lengthening mascara, IT Cosmetics is one of my favorite brands out there when it comes to quality and the ability to get my makeup (and skin) looking flawless without any irritants or breakouts!

One of my current obsessions from IT Cosmetics is their CC Cream! It is lightweight, provides full coverage and is great for a day I am trying to avoid wearing heavy makeup. I love how their CC Cream has SPF 50+ in it (making it my go-to for an outdoor day when I want to have flawless looking skin but also want to protect my skin from the sun)! One of my favorite things about IT Cosmetics are their amazing line of brushes! I have always had a tough time finding quality brushes that my face doesn’t break out or have a reaction to, IT Cosmetics brushes do just the trick. I recently tried their Heavenly Luxe Complexion Perfection Brush and fell in LOVE! This one brush is perfect to apply your concealer, foundation…even your contour!

What I love about IT Cosmetics in general is that it is such a relatable brand and doesn’t over complicate makeup. The YOU Sculpted Contour Palette comes with easy to understand face charts + directions to demonstrate how to contour dependent on your face shape and desired look…making contouring easy…FINALLY! (I am not a makeup wiz by any means, so when a brand helps explain their product that is a huge PLUS in my book) 🙂

I am also loving their Bye Bye Pores Silk Anti-Aging Micro Powder! I am learning how to ‘bake’ (no not a cake haha…apparently it’s the newest makeup trend that actually works…no joke…Youtube it and your world will change forever) and this powder is perfect for giving my skin that flawless look even on the worst of acne or breakout days and helps set my makeup to last all day long!
