    Happy Monday all!

    Although I live on Long Island I feel working, interning and going to school in NYC makes me a ‘city gal’, therefore I’m proud to be rocking this ‘New York City’ tank! I love this look from Graffiti Boutique that not only is a great weekend look but also a hot date outfit, depending on how you spice it up!

    Nothing makes a relaxing Sunday better than a great casual outfit. This chilly weather calls for tons of layers as well as some faux fur, a sweater, booties and as always a great accessory or two!

    My cozy and casual look consisted of an Abercrombie cardigan, an H&M faux fur vest, 7 For All Man Kind Jeans and Payless booties.

    It’s the perfect outfit for running last minute errands in preparation for this week’s FFANY Shoe Show in NYC, where I will be living at the trade show all week! Wish me luck!

    All About ‘Faux’

    Today’s post is inspired by embracing ‘faux’. Whether it’s ‘faux’ leather or ‘faux’ fur…just because it isn’t real doesn’t mean it always looks cheap and cheesy.

    The key to rocking the ‘faux’ look is to mix and match those pieces and dress them up to look like ‘high fashion’. Today’s OOTD does just that.

    I’m wearing a faux fur vest from Karen Kane, faux leather leggings from Hue at Bloomingdales and paired them with simple black booties and a white sweater.

    It’s a great fall into winter look that looks chic and also keeps you warm and cozy!
