ICYMI – I have been on the Jenny Craig Rapid Results program for a while now + each week I am one step closer to an even better self! From loosing weight, to gaining to confidence back to feeling like I have amazing amounts of energy, I couldn’t be happier – truly.
When I started on my Jenny Craig journey, I never realized how much the program would change my life. Not only has the program taught me about portion control, healthy eating habits + how to accomplish your goals, but the Rapid Results program has provided me the tools to be a better me! While the program itself makes loosing weight as easy as following the menu, the program has done something else major for me…it’s made me WANT to be healthy + care about my well being long term.
Now I have tried dieting + working out for years but it wasn’t till I joined Jenny Craig that I felt I could actually take control, get the results I want + not be miserable while doing it! The meals are truly delicious – from Chocolate Lava Cake to Pizza to French Toast, every meal is better than the next so it doesn’t actually feel like you are dieting, that was something that was super important to me.
While a big perk of Jenny Craig is loosing weight, I have lost over 50 pounds so far (by following the program, just the menu, no workout necessary, on average you’ll have weight loss of 1-2 lbs. /week). My biggest excitement are the lifestyle changes it has caused me to have. I am now feeling more energetic than I ever have before AND it has motivated me to sign up for my first ever 5k run!! Crazy right?!
On Mother’s Day my boyfriend + I are going to participate in our first 5k at Universal Studios Hollywood! ICYMI, I am a HUGE Minions lover + when I saw Universal Studios was having a Minion Run, I knew I had to do it. While I was definitely nervous to sign up because I am far from an athlete, I felt beyond motivated + excited to do it because of the confidence Jenny Craig has given me.
