I am so excited to share I am officially down 30 pounds! Ah! Seriously…if you told me a few months ago that I would be down 30 pounds just from following the Jenny Craig Rapid Results Program I would have thought you were crazy…but here we are!

What makes me beyond thrilled is that I finally found a program that helps me not just loose weight, but gain my confidence back. For years I have struggled with my weight…trying fad diets + workout programs to no avail…and now…I FINALLY found a program that works!!

Before Jenny Craig, fast food was my go-to. I ate at random times, avoided all things healthy at all costs + basically hoped one day I would loose weight without actually doing the work.

What I love about the Jenny Craig Rapid Results program is that it makes loosing weight simple. As my amazing consultant Barbara says ‘Just follow the menu + you will loose the weight‘ and she is absolutely right. All of the food is sent to you, so as long as you follow the menu, you will loose the weight – it is that EASY!

I started uping my workout routine as well. Pre-Jenny Craig, I felt sluggish, lazy + didn’t have the energy to workout (plus I was embarrassed about wearing workout gear at my heaviest) but now that I am 30 pounds lighter, I am hitting the gym a few days a week + feeling better than ever.

What is awesome about the Jenny Craig Rapid Results program is that if you follow the program (just the menu, no workout necessary), on average you’ll have weight loss of 1-2 lbs. /week. How great is that?!
