Staying Hydrated for Spring with smartwater from Target…

Spring is B L O O M I N G, the weather is warming up + that means I am even more on the go than usual. Whether it is heading to the office, walking around my neighborhood or running around on the weekends, one this is for sure…I always need to stay hydrated in order to kick butt throughout the day! I don’t know about you but anytime I feel parched or thirsty, I instantly can’t focus and need a little boost…that’s why I am starting to find it more and more important to make sure I stay hydrated throughout the day so I can experience #InspiredHydration ♥

Luckily smartwater® has been my go-to for staying hydrated and inspired for years now. Whether I am about to hike Runyon, head out for an outfit shoot or just go from meeting to meeting, I always keep a bottle of smartwater with me!

I LOVE smartwater and even more so I love a good deal! With spring in full swing, Target tends to offer the best promos on all of the essentials I stock up + save on – case and point, the smartwater 0.5L 6 pack which is great for a gal on the go like myself was on sale when I shopped it over the weekend at my local Target.

The smartwater bottles are the perfect size to keep in your fridge, bag, car + beyond (you’d be surprised to see where I find water bottles hiding when I least expect it haha).

While I am an avid smartwater drinker, the number one time I always drink multiple bottles at a time is when I am off doing outfit shoots. Let me tell ya, standing out in the heat and waking up early to get the perfect lighting for photos ain’t easy, with that, in order to keep going, going, going, I need to drink TONS of water to function haha…specifically smartwater since it is filled with plenty of electrolytes that you can totally taste + it is just such a crisp + refreshing choice that you feel good about inside and out!

Since I have an outfit shoot coming up tomorrow, I decided to stock up, save + experience #InspiredHydration!

First, I headed over to Target, going straight to the water aisle and voila I scored the smartwater promo on the 0.5L 6 pack of bottles.

After, I score my smartwater on sale at Target I head back home and typically begin planning what else I need to bring with my for a busy day of shooting. An extra phone charger, my planner + some perfume are always in my bag to accompany my smartwater!

Finally, when I am out and about in LA taking pictures in front of colorful walls or heading to the perfect scene to snap a pic, I keep drinking smartwater so I don’t become dehydrated with the hot LA weather (it’s already been feeling like heat waves out here to be honest :p)

Happy Monday Ya’ll! Another busy week is here + I don’t know about you, but I just want to rewind back to the weekend. I was a total kid again screaming at the top of my lungs on roller coasters at Six Flags + saw the newest Fast + Furious movie (can’t believe this was the 8th one…clearly fast cars and anything that the Rock is in = big box office bucks haha :p). But no weekend is complete without a good ole fashion outfit shoot! And that is when I shot this cute spring number featuring one of my current favorite brands, Wild Blue Denim for Rue 21!

ICYMI I rocked some Wild Blue Denim a few weeks ago here on MissyOnMadison.com…their line is sold via Rue 21 and what I love is that all of the styles are chic, great quality and all cost pretty much under $50!! Yes, cute pieces on a budget are a thing ladies and they are HERE!

When this sweet little wrap dress got sent to me, I instantly fell in love! The fit is perfect + it is great to wear for Mother’s Day brunch with mom or out on date night. With a piece like this, it can be worn year round + styled multiple ways…I am now learning why so many gals love wrap dresses.

My nude lace up chunky heel sandals are from Seven Dials (from the makers of White Mountain Shoes + Rialto…comfortable shoe brands that are also as stylish as can be)! Nude shoes are always a safe bet for spring into summer because they match with everything, are easy to style and can be dressed up for work or down for play.

These heels in particular are a favorite of mine because of the comfortable chunky heel making them great for all day wear!

Now for this bag…Guys I am OBSESSED!!!

I have been wanting to try a Dagne Dover bag for a while, so when this little beauty arrived on my doorstep I was beyond excited. The fun print reminds me of Goyard and looks so expensive but guess what? This bag is only $145!! Stylish, functional + expensive looking? I call that a W I N ♥

Dagne Dover has all different shapes + styles of bags, accessories + more making it super simple to find the perfect bag for every occasion. What I also love is that Dagne Dover partners with influencers to make curated collections (like this one from Marianna Hewitt).

Something that also happened last weekend that I am super excited about is that I took the plunge and got real extensions!! YES real extensions, clip ins no more!

I have struggled for years with thin fine hair. It takes hours for me to curl it, to get volume + then the curls usually fall within minutes however with these new keratin extensions put in by my amazing hairdresser Jamice (located at D’Arte Salon in Burbank if you are local mention my name for the VIP treatment), my curls stay, it take less time for me to curl my hair and it boosts my confidence because what gal hasn’t dreamed of having Victoria’s Secret style hair? I sure as hell have and now it’s here ♥

I am C O A C H E L L A bound! It’s almost here – festival season! That means it is time for some desert vibes + comfy outfits…like this one 😉 I got Coachella ready thanks to Boohoo and their Coachella gifting suite last week in LA – the perfect opportunity to snag those great boho pieces I will be wearing all weekend long like this denim boyfriend jacket! The best part? They had a customize denim bar so they created the LA skyline on the jacket for me, pretty cool right?

This print was actually spray printed on (fashion meets art…something I LOVE). The jacket itself is super comfy and is under $60 making it a must have for your wardrobe since it can be worn year round with jeans, skirts, dresses + beyond…can’t go wrong with some classic denim!

I layered it over a simple lace dress (the one I will be wearing for Day 1 of Coachella this weekend). I love lightweight, easy pieces that match with everything and are comfy as well. I am linking to a few of my favorite lace dress below (ideal for festival season).
