On this ‘Workout Wednesday’, I’d like to share with you one of the toughest moves in my fit body boot camp: The Burpee.
Allow me to show a demonstration:
This move works your arms, legs and core. While there are many versions of the ‘Burpee’ one of the toughest I find is to turn the ‘Burpee’ into a Squat Thrust, and on your way down to put your legs behind you, instead jump down into a squat then kick your legs out behind you.
Do 15-20 of these for 3 reps and you will be sore the next day without a doubt!
